3/28/2022, ordered through the app. Get a call because they don't have roast beef. Had to actually go to the restaurant to... cancel my order/get a refund. 3/312022, three days later - still no roast beef. Yet other Subway stores in my area have roastbeef. Jimmy Johns has roast beef. Firehouse Subs has roast beef. Frys, Albertsons, Basha's, Safeway, Food City and Walmart haveroast beef. ARBY'S HAS ROAST BEEF!!! Yet this Subway does not have roast beef. The only reason I go to any Subway is for theroast beef. The only reason I went to this store was because it was the best of the of the three close to my home. But there'sno point going here now. The Subway down the street has no lettuce - but at least it has roast beef. Read more

Edit: it's been a year I have been to this location because it was horrible. I work at albertsons I started seeing new people... come in that worked at this subway location. So I thought I would give it another go and I'm glad I did. The manager was niceand friendly Amy made my sandwich. Everything was fresh the store was clean. Thank you ladies I will be back to thislocation. My husband went in last night to get a couple of subs for us and oh boy that was a huge mistake. The 2 guys that wereworking last night between 5 p.m and 6 p.m were super super slow. So finally my husband gets home at almost 6:15 6:20 the breadwas stale, the avocado was spoiled the banana peppers were nasty. I just trashed my food because that's were it belonged. This Subway does not offer refunds, for online orders, although the items are NOT AVAILABLE! Beware! That is fraud! Manager... Julia, has HORRID Customer Service. She will disconnect calls, when inquiring about corporate?s phone number. The eveningemployees are illiterate. It?s best to go into the Subway and point ???????? to the items you want. No worries?I found an e-mailaddress and sent a formal complaint. BAD MANAGEMENT and ILLITERACY runs deep at this Subway. Recheck your orders. Read more

I love Subway, however I was very disappointed with this visit. I decided to order online. The website is very easy to use. I... made my order was was excited because it saved my order (I always order the same) for future orders. I was able to pay online,so I was ecstatic. I was given an exact time that my order would be ready... nice. I arrived early, but my order was alreadyready! The young lady said, "The cup is in the bag." I filled my cup and asked if there were napkins in my bag. "Yes," I wastold. I left and thought of writing a review on the online ordering system, since I enjoyed it so much. When I arrived home, myjoy disappeared quickly. While ordering, I was offered an opportunity to get double meat for two dollars, a Go Pro special. Inormally don't do that, but I took advantage. Looking at my sub, it was obvious that I did not get double meat (or doublecheese, which I also ordered). To add insult to injury, I checked my receipt and discovered that I was charged for double meatat regular price, $ 3.50, plus $ 1.20 for extra cheese... unbelievable. I ordered extra jalapeños, but they were few and farapart. A final note on my sandwich, I ordered it toasted. The sub was cold and the cheese was unmelted. I made my order ameal, which adds a bag of chips and a soda. You guessed it... NO CHIPS! Finally, I ordered cookies. They were delicious, butmuch smaller than past Subway cookies. The restaurant was nearly empty, so being busy cannot be an excuse. In summary, I cannotrecommend this Subway. Although I really liked the online ordering system, there's nothing like actually seeing your sub beingbuilt. Final note, no napkins, despite my in store inquiry. Arrrrrrggggg!!!! Read more

Placed order through Grub Hub. Everything went smoothly until we got the delivery and found that one of our subs was missing the... main topping. A turkey sub with no turkey and trying to call... the phone just rings and rings. No one answered. I tried severaltimes and nothing, like they shut the phone?s off.
