Trying to make people sick serving completely RAW chicken. They should be shut down for this.

This place use to be ok as being the only place that sells tereyaki bowl?s but in recent yrs the quality of the food has gotten... worse and worser?. Cashier acted like either she didn't want to be at work or she didnt want to assist me....the first time I ordered from her it... was delivered the salmon was perfect today NOT SO MUCH...it was cooked to long. The spring rolls were a little mushy...not sureif I will EVER come back to this particular one. Everyone is however entitled to an off day maybe today it's theirs. Read more

I didn?t want to give just one star because I want the franchise owner/s to read the recent reviews as well as mine. It?s been... two months in a row where we come for lunch at 11 from Luke AFB and you are closed. I don?t know why a restaurant would beclosed during lunch hour, which assumingely would be one of your busiest times of the day. Today, we went to firehouse subs,along with about 30 other service members who saw that you were closed also. That?s a lot of money to lose. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. They will give you the wrong order and then tell you to email the company! What kind of... business GIVES THEIR CUSTOMER THE WRONG FOOD and then tells them to send an email?
