This is the worst American Deli EVER!! Have you ever ordered a combo meal and they charge you to get fries with the meal?? Well... that?s what they are doing at this location. And the philly steak has more onions and peppers than steak, it?s really a onionpepper sandwich! The owner is a rude and so is his register girl who allows him to do this to people! I didn?t know the reviewswere that low, I would?ve never even went!! Do urself a favor and go to a real American Deli because this one is not evenconsidered a part of the franchise, it?s an imposter using the name and making Americans pay more!! NEVER AGAIN!! Very solid "Meh". I've gotten wings here multiple times and the only real complaint is the size of the wings themselves (they... tend to be on the small side). There are a number of places within a short drive with who's wings taste just as good but arelarger. Read more
I would give then 5 stars if customer service was good, but the employees are rude, they don't greet their customers, or act... like they want their jobs...like come on. Somebody might leave tips in the plastic jar they have if they smile or provided greatcustomer service. But my food was decent enough and the place is conveniently located where I was coming. The worst American Deli very rude. I Ordered 5 wings and Chicken fried rice they smothered my wings with the rice so I sent it... back they separated it but the wings had rice all over them and the rude guy said you happy now I will never eat at this placeagain. Read more

Customer Service DOES NOT EXIST! The slick mouth heffa on the phone is the worst! They claim the manager doesnt speak english &... the associates are WORTHLESS with no ACCOUNTABILITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!
