We were greeted immediately and sat quickly! Our food came quick and our waitress went above and beyond. I believe her name was... Tamera(?) she even noticed my birthday on my I.D. when I ordered a drink and remembered it throughout the dinner and surprisedme with a post-birthday dessert. It was the nicest thing ever! I had not been at Applebee's in a long time, I was hungry and looking for a place to eat where I knew my meal would not break... the bank. I ordered a Strawberry & Mango frozen drink and a chicken salad with Asian dressing which was a sweet ginger dressing.The service was fast and the food was enjoyable. Read more
Service was extremely lackluster. Waited at the front for over 10 minutes before getting seated in a nearly empty restaurant.... Waited almost 30 minutes for a drink and the bartender wasn't behind the bar much at all. Ordered a second drink and watched itsit for so long that I was about to go get it myself until another server grabbed all drinks and dropped them off. The food was phenomenal but the service is so unprofessional. My waiter waited on me with a drink in her hand. She walked around... to different tables with the drink in her hand, coughing, and no mask. I thought I was in a ghetto night club. Worst part is SHEwas ?TRAINING? someone else. That?s so sad. The service and margarita was very good. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was flavorful but very greasy. Unfortunately, the... guac seemed spoiled and our chips were stale. My mom loved her riblette platter. We will try again as we have had take outmany times with success. Read more
I got the Lime Chicken 2 for $22. They seasoned it very well. Went on a Monday around 2pm. There's a wait due to a shortage of... waiters/tresses. They were all nice and the food was hot. I'll wait for HOT food! Read more
Waited an extra 30 minutes on top of the 40 we waited for the online order to be ready . Most of the workers seemed preoccupied... with the patrons sitting inside. We received the order only to not have our mozzarella sticks. I called numerous times to get arefund and got no answer .The food was cold like it had been done and they gave it to us late. The Alfredo was dry I ended upadding my spinach dip to it for more flavor and sauce .I don?t I will be back at this location and I recommend visiting anotherlocation unless your eating inside. People absolutely do not like white people! L I ordered Mac and cheese with chicken... and ask waitress if the Mac and cheese... was creamy cheese.... ow yes! No cheese on or in pasta! Lady at bar (black beautiful lady) pasted me 5 times and never even seenme standing there to make a to go order! A lady came from the back and finally took order! She was nice and I left her a tip ontelling me how good Mac and cheese with chicken strips were! Well pasta should not be called Mac and cheese... there was none!How about dry pasta and chicken! I will never be going back to this place! Black establishment rasist against white people! Bartender rolled her eyes at me several times and videoed it! But sure it will make them happy to treat a white lady bad! Guess Ineed to form a group! Hurt my heart considering I date a black guy and he could not believe the video I took! I will never beback there! I'm going to turn my video to attorney and see if I can cause drama like these people would do if I treated themthat way!
