Never open and when it is, the workers are not helpful. The food being decent (when you do get some) is the only reason for the... extra star. The attached photos are of the employees playing instead of taking orders. They had 2 cars at the window and refusedto take any other orders. Read more
Usually don?t leave reviews but I have to with this location. I?ve been here twice each time you wait about ten minutes. You... would think since you?re waiting so long the food would be fresh right? It?s not the food is always stale but warm. When youopen it you can just tell it?s been sitting there for awhile. Had to just throw the food away I ordered today because there wasno way I was going to eat it. The workers are not rude, the two times I went there they were nice. Will never go here again! Went thru drive thru ordered a Whopper with cheese combo with large onion ring and Coke Zero. And also... n Original Chicken Sandwich combo with Large Onion Rings and Coke. It took 10 minutes to get to the window and then sat therefor what seemed like forever. Then I finally get my order and pulled up a little bit so next car could get to the window anddecided to check if my order was all there. It's a good thing I did because the ONLY thing that was correct was the chickensandwich! I immediately drove back around and got behind a car that was in line..... And then finally after another forever Iget to the window and the guy that came to the window said "What's your problem?" And even though I was shocked at the way heapproached the window I told him what I had ordered and that that's not what I had been given, and even the drinks were wrong...He looked at me and said that I had already left with the food and it had been too long for him to be able to fix my food.???????????? Are you kidding me? I didn't say anything, for a second then finally I said "Oh wait, you're serious?" Andimmediately I said "That's not gonna work for me. I need you to fix my order please." He finally rolled his eyes and walked offsaying something into his headphones. Then basically threw the bag back out at me. I must say that all of the food was over cooked.The impossible burger was impossible to eat.I wasted $15 because it was garbage... and that's where it went after waiting. I waited in the drive thru for an extended period of time because inside doors werelocked. I won't ever go back to this Burger King. The staff needs to be taught how to prepare the food that they are serving. Read more
I ordered the Texas double Whopper meal, but ended up getting something entirely different.. a double Whopper with jalapenos... (yuck) no bacon was added at all. I'm always told that the receipt machine is down. How do you not know how to make a sandwichthat you are actively advertising at the drive-thru? Read more
Sitting in the Taco Bell line now because it?s 10:55pm and on Google maps Burger King says it doesn?t close until 12am. When I... pulled up about 5 minutes ago, they said they only had 4 piece nuggets left and they close in 10 minutes. She also adds they areout of chicken fries and the chucking sandwich. I pulled Up at 10pm and the store say it close at 11:00pm so when I got There it was close and cones in the drive thru so they... won?t take anymore orders.. I stand waiting in line for 20min and suddenly cashier was asked to help in the kitchens and he told me thank you for coming but... I need to work in the kitchen now, then walk away. That's it! Manager did not ask him to finish the line but wanted him inkitchen. Read more
