Their food is Super Soggy. Its not crispy at all. they need to let their food cook and crispy up. The chicken is Wet and Soggy... in the breakfast bowl. I alway ask if they can make my food well-done. They never do it. The Hiram Location is the bestLocation. they cook their food fully in Hiram. Thornton Rd. location will get someone sick one day for half cooking food. Highlydissatisfied. Read more

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. Food was fresh & hot. They allowed my daughter and nephew to assist with making ice... cream and gave them complimentary ice cream, stickers, crayons, and books for assisting. They were so excited! Definitely awonderful experience overall. Read more

Shame on this location. I ordered grilled chicken on a salad. There were obvious signs of the regular chicken that had been... taken off. I order that grilled salad for celiac. Now, I'll be sick. Less likely to go to now that I know this is their processon a busy drive through. Read more

Great service. When I got there I was like great this super long line is going to take forever. Then the attendant offered to... wait in line for me, get my oil changed while I wait, swaddle my baby, talk togma, drive my car through the horrendous line, goin make my food and bring it all out for me. The ?manager? (use that very loosely) Christian need another training class on customer service. If your cashier rings a item up... wrong do not penalize the customer. I ordered a large fry and I received a medium. Mr. Christian told his employee that I wasn?tcharged for the large fry and I had to pay .43 for it. I have no issue paying for what I want but it?s the principle for me. Ifmy order was messed up why charge me for the screw up? He said ?because he need to account for the fries?. Like really? Andhere?s the kicker? after paying for it and them taking my bag back to swap the fries out?. ? I STILL HAD A MEDIUM FRY!! I was soaggravated with the situation I didn?t double check my bag before leaving but I wouldn?t think they would mess up a fry TWICE.I?m not from GA but this location is terrible because of Christian. Normally I get great service but today I got terrible service! The girl who was out the window gave me two bags of food that I... ordered however did not give me the drink. What she should have done was told me your drink is coming so that I would know thatshe didn't think my order was finished or that I didn't accidentally drive off without my drink. Instead she just simply turnedaround after handing me the bags and essentially ignored me. I realize I didn't have a drink and I asked her "Ma'am, I shouldhave a drink also." She copped attitude as if I had insulted her. I honestly didn't know if she had forgotten about me.Ironically my drink had been sitting in front of her since she handed me my bags of food. Bottom line is that courtesy incommunication is real simple. Just tell people what's going on. If I have more food coming in my order just let me know. I'mmore than happy to wait a reasonable amount of time until my food is ready. This particular Chick-fil-A needs to do better. Read more

Placed a mobile order. The person at the window was super rude (I wish I got the name). She said ?next time you need to speak at... the box and let someone know you?re here instead of just coming to the window. ? They made me pull up and wait 15 minutes for myfood, only for it to come out wrong. I put ?NO CHICKEN? in the special instructions and it still had the chicken. I would not recommend this place. I have eaten at different locations for years. The service has gotten to be rushed and... careless. I ordered a Cobb salad, no bacon with grilled nuggets. I told the young lady that I did not eat bacon. I did not wantit on my salad. She said it would not be added. I get home and it?s full of bacon. I tried calling the location but was directedto a customer care line. The young man was nice, but the problem was not resolved. He stated someone would call or email me inthree business days for my refund. Read more
