It has become our Sunday tradition to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel and it's always an incredible experience. From the tasty... home cooked food, to the friendly and attentive staff, all the way to the incredible gift shop, we always leave with a hugesmile on our faces. Now let me tell you a secret that will enhance your experience! Using the Cracker Barrel app to put ournames on the wait list to be seated is an awesome time saving feature I wish all restaurants offered. We live about 3 milesaway. We put our names on the list as we're pulling out of the driveway. We go inside, check in with the host, and more timesthan not, we immediately get seated. If we have to wait a few minutes, no worries. The gift shop has plenty of items to keep usentertained or we have a seat in a rocking chair or bench on the front porch. As I write this, the Fall Season has just begun.One of the homey features this time of year is they light up the huge fireplace. Stop here with my family for lunch. The place takes you back in time; the old posters, tools from back in the day make you... appreciate what we have compare to back then. The food was good however the drinks we had were a little to sweet for our liking.Overall a good experience. Read more

We came here for a late lunch and were able to sit down without a wait (Friday ~2). Our waiter was very pleasant, and got our... orders right, but wasn?t very attentive. Customer service is the worst if your ordering Togo. Order is never ready or the food is wrong manager and associate completely... nonchalant. If u ask for a refund they make u wait 10 days. What?s the sense in ordering curbside if you still have to go inside and get your food or call once you?ve arrived and been... waiting awhile? Aside from ordering curbside, arriving 10 minutes after the time it should have been ready (lesson learned fromordering curbside a few weeks prior and having to go inside to get it after waiting 10 minutes in the car, and waiting another15 minutes inside for them to finish my order), checking in via a text link and still having to call to find out when it wouldbe ready, once I began to eat my food I found an eggshell in my eggs and cheese on the bottom of my Impossible sausage (I?mallergic to cheese). We were told 10-15 minute wait. But it was 42 minutes. :-( Lots of open tables, so I guess they're short staffed. They were out... of several items we tried to order. I placed a to-go order at the counter with a lady (who seemed to be busy). I sat down in the rocking chairs for 15 minutes to... make a call. I went back in to pay for the order and when I went to the register, they couldn?t find my order. The cashier wentto the back and discovered my order was never put in. So it was just then put it ?this was a *bad* feeling bc I am limited on mywork breaks. So, she puts the order in and I pay. Then I wait and wait with a whole group of others waiting into the corner andthen I get tired?.it?s been 45 minutes ???? and all I ordered was a veggie plate. I?m sitting in the Cracker Barrel rockingchairs again?listening to country music, but I rather be on my way home about to eat my food. I?m aware of the online ordering,but was driving nearby and decided to stop in. Yeah, I won?t be back for a long time. No food from CB is this good to wait anhour on it.
