Extremely unprofessional management staff and employees. RECEIVED INCORRECT FOOD. I asked the assistant manager Tasha for them... simply to replace or refund the item. After placing me on an extremely long hold she said they would refund the entire order..asked for my expiration date and proceeded to tell me it can take up to 10 days to post to my account. I checked my accounttoday and she ended up charging me again for the same order instead of refunding me. When I called back today I talked toanother manager who told me to ?call 1800-dominos because I?m sorry if it sounds rude but yesterdays problems is not todaysproblems and we can?t refund something that was done yesterday ? Trash service, trash food, worst experience on Thornton road.I would advise to take head to all these horrible reviews because I wish I would have looked before trusting the brand based onother locations. Uncooked, doughy pizza. Contacted the store. The manager hung up on me when I asked for a replacement or a refund. They stated... that they couldn?t do a refund. I asked if I could get a replacement to which they replied the would not. Terrible service.Garbage pizza. Reported to the BBB. Read more
The folks that work here are pretty cool, the store is clean and the food is always cooked pretty fast.
Ordered pizzas as a reward for employees at work. Unbelievable. Called to make sure they would arrive on time. They did... arrive, 25 minutes late. Got a call from the driver Anthony because he could not find the place and he just kept saying howannoying it was and how irritated he is. Okay, I get it, you're frustrated. Finding a large manufacturing plant can bedifficult for some people, I guess. No napkins, no plates. I asked for a detailed receipt, which came burned so it's unreadable. I ordered 10 pizzas. They all looked like this. I want a refund, I want something. I was embarrassed to feed this to theseemployees who worked so very hard. I quit taking pictures after 7. I will be sending these pictures to every social media site Ipossible can until I receive some form of satisfaction. Read more

This is one of the worst pizza deliveries I have ever had. It took two and a half hours to get a pizza that was dry and slightly... over room temp. I assume it was in the warmer for most of the time. The pizza was missing a corner piece. The wings did not havenearly enough BBQ sauce on them. When I called they were rude. I do NOT recommend anyone order from here. This place is verypoorly managed and would benefit from new management. Read more
After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about ordering but the pizza was great!! The gentlemen who took my order and the... young lady who delivered to my hotel room were both very nice and friendly. We had been traveling all day, was nice to havesomething good and hot. Read more
