This is the best IHop I've been to! There was a little wait BUT the atmosphere was calm and made the wait bearable. The staff... made all the difference here. They all worked together as a team and didn't show stress. They were extremely busy, maybe lowstaffed but they made it work. Our food was excellent, our experience was even better. Read more
Great experience... It was three something in the morning and it was very calm and quiet. Only about 3 other patrons, so service... was prompt... Mrs. Rose was very hospitable and accommodating. My meal was good, although it wasn't what I truly wanted. Thefryers were off/down at the moment so I was unable to get a chicken sandwich and fries. Other than that, everything was great. Read more
Our Server J was phenomenal. These days almost everywhere you go, the servers are overworked, underpaid, tired, fed-up and it... shows in their service. Well not J. He was very personable and upbeat and it made a huge difference in our dining experience. Thank you. It's an omelet and pancakes!! Need I say more. Mmmmm, Mmmmm good! Chicken Fajita Omelet and Panckaes!! Sooo very good.
Stopped in at night and the building seems dilapidated. There was a constant leak in the ceiling with missing tiles and the... parking lot was dim. The food was good and the staff were exemplary. I was greeted with a smile and my waitress was very nice.This review is strictly based off the building itself not the food or staff, it needs to be repaired and updated. Read more
*I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE** You all this is their juice machine that nobody had an idea how to fix. Please don't drink the juice... from there. When you open it up it literally smells of mold. Also...their SANITIZER machine...you know to sanitize your disheshas BEEN broke. The plumbing is broke. We can't properly wash our hands in the service area because it floods the floor . Thecooks and half the servers pop pills and are high when they get around to serve you and so are the managers. They are alladdicted to xanax and can't even function or stay awake. They retaliate and fire people when they know they are wrong. Thosegrits they serve you? Yeah they probably been sitting in the same pot without proper heating for over a day. Nobody knows...they don't actually label anything. I will do my best to make sure this joke of a restaurant doesn't stay open much longer.But please...if you do continue to be a customer just don't drink the juice!! Read more
They were extremely understaffed and out of half of the items on the menu. Strawberries, sausage, hash browns etc just to name a... few. It took a while for anyone to take our orders and for the food to be served. I specifically chose an entree item thatdidn't contain any of the ingredients they were out of and when I received my order it was still Missing the majority of theingredients. I told the server and told her I didn't want the food remade that it was fine but if I could get a discount due tothe omitted ingredients. When the server went to the kitchen to ask her manager it seemed I could hear her screaming what I hadsaid all the way from my table. She came back and said she could give me the items on the side and I exclaimed there was noneed. She stomped off, screamed in the kitchen once more, headed to the register and printed us off a new receipt. Definitelyuncomfortable. I'm glad I won't be stopping there again. Read more
The day we went we was informed that they was a little short staff. When I tell you they did a wonderful job . I would have... never known food came out at a timely manner . It was hot and delicious. Our waiter was so nice she made us feel like family . Ican't remember her name but she was African American with red hair?? . We will definitely return when we visit Georgia again Read more
