I asked for extra tartar sauce on the sandwich. They charge .75 cents which is a bit excessive in my opinion. The amount of... tartar sauce on my sandwich was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! As soon as I picked up the sandwich globs of tartar sauce fell out intothe container. You couldn't even see the fish and was 100% inedible. The fries were cold and tastes like old grease. If only I could give zero stars on a review. Foods cold, slopped together, takes 30 minutes to get 4 cheese burgers at 3pm on a... Wednesday? Its a CHEESEBURGER FAST FOOD CHAIN? Why? Much improved since my last visit. 5min in drive through a few cars were in front of my. Last visit same amount of cars was like... 30 min wait. Food was hot, though they did forget my fries but it was ok because when I told them they gave me piping hot fries.All in all much improved. Oh and I got a vanilla shake, yep you heard me A SHAKE! So went here for lunch and placed an order for a number 3 meal Large ( so supposed to have a large fry and drink) and said a... large drink( I figured telling them twice for large would get it). Got to the window paid. Got my food and it had a large drinkand a medium french fries. I was already about to be late getting back to work so I did not have a chance to be able to complainto a manger on the issue. In general I get it that they're trying to serve people fast but I would rather you be a little bitslower and get my order right then to sit here and Rush get 20 cars out and then you have 20 mistakes so the only real positivething I had to say is the french fries were good and hot and cooked to perfection the burger was made with a little bit ofsloppiness I had to kind of restack it but still it was good it's just I think that the people need to make sure they'relistening to what the customer says and when they ask for a specific size make sure you're giving them that specific size. I can't even believe what I saw in my food. I had a 45 minute drive so I starting eating in the car. I looked down and saw what... you see in the photo. Some sort of hairy black fuzzy SOMETHING! DO NOT GO! The service was amazing but I threw up for an hour I was biting almost finished when I realized the sandwich was... already bitten possibly by a rat or something and I was mortified on top of the fact that I wanted a chicken biscuit and theygave me this I wouldn?t recommend sandwiches here or fries nuggets just I feel horrible. This place need to be SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY!!! The owner does not care. They never get your order right. They are slow as heck... and always closing early. I'm sick of guys walking around with their pants down who wants to see that. I hope the Wendy's theyare building next door puts them out of business Read more
