Waited an hour and a half, received no food. Thanks McDonald's! So this was at 9pm. The drive-thru line was extremely backed up... so I decided to do curbside pickup. All I ordered was a large double quarter pounder combo. I sat in the curbside parking spotfor A WHOLE HOUR. I went to go talk to someone and an employee in the lobby tells me the inside is closed. Well, I informed herof the situation and she asks my order so I tell her. I go back to my car. Another 20 minutes pass, still nothing. Ended up justleaving. I originally ordered on my mobile app and parked in a spot for it to be brought to my car. In my rear view mirror I saw several... employees outside. They congregated for a while and then went back into the restaurant. Then shortly after that my app showedthank you for ordering and I had not received my order for another 5 minutes so I got out of my car and went inside. Severalcustomers were waiting for their order. Two of them said that they had been waiting for 45 minutes. Something was going on thathad employees walking back and forth outside. One young man was trying to fulfill one order but the rest of us had to wait. Oneyoung lady kept walking past us without addressing us and another was doing the same thing. I then said I just want to ask aboutmy order and the young lady looked at me as if I was getting on last nerves. She did get my order but it definitely not servicewith a smile. Had a carving for a big Mac today so I stopped in this location to fill my need only to be told no receipt cause the printer was... down then while waiting 15 minutes for my food I almost fell from the floor being greasy then I noticed that none of the workerswere wearing gloves, masks, or anything over their hair (female employees)handling the food so I followed my first mind and gota refund and left. Y?all today I had the best experience I ever had at this location in my life. I ordered the crispy chicken biscuit and usually I... got to other McDonald locations and it?s usually hard as a rock. This stupid McDonald's is slow and they never have their whole menu. It's 9am and they don't have Coffee, no Orange juice, no... Sprite, no iced T!!!!!!! Then the girl came to the window screaming "I said what we don't have!" Why would you tell me you don'thave orange juice WHEN YOU DO!!! I'm really not sure if it's all McDonald's now but our favorite restaurant has now become our less favorite.... We've been... trying different times of the day and night to see if it gets better. It's not. This is my quarter pounder with cheese. The meatwasn't fresh it had lettuce in the cheese... I wonder why there is a piece of another patty on the side?
