If I could give this store 0 stars that?s the rating they would receive. This store is the worst I have ever had to deal with &... unfortunately it?s the only one close enough to order from. This store has no customer service. The employees are disrespectful95% of the time. I have had to deal with wrong orders repeatedly!!! I have had to deal with pizza NEVER showing up REPEATEDLY!!!Management needs to be addressed otherwise, throw the whole store away ???? They didn?t put the garlic parm crust I ordered. Other than that it?s great. Ordered on the Papa johns app and they sent a door... dash driver for free cause I guess they didn?t have a delivery driver. Read more
I have ordered pizza from here for 6 years. Today I order the Epic stuffed pepperoni pizza combo. I thought pepperoni on the... pizza was implied but wasn't. Too hot and gas to high to go back. Order a pizza at 9:30 pm. Looked at my phone it was 11:30. I called he said it was on the way . I checked the status online it... said the pizza was delivered how ever I never got it. Pizza and bread sticks were good. Told that delivery would be over 2 hrs, told them I would pickup. Still had to wsit 35 minutes... after they said on phone it would be ready in 15 minutes. Not very organized. Read more
The people who work there act like they?re being held hostage, if you hate your job so much, leave. Customer service is... terrible, couldn?t get a simple mushroom pizza right. Hire a better staff, no wonder the reviews are terrible. Read more
