I drive for DoorDash. I picked up an order next door to this store and this order was added to the current delivery. I'm... thinking great! Right next door. I should be in and out. Almost 1 hour later my order was still not ready even though there werenot many people in the store at the time. However, many people started coming into the store and those orders kept beingprocessed before mine. This store really needs to come up with a better procedure in assuring delivery orders have more of apriority. This is ridiculous! My client should not have to wait over an hour for a sandwich. Order number E3822961-6D on Sunday March 13, 2022. The order was placed on line and was accepted by the restaurant at 4:39pm for... a 5:30 pm pickup in the store. Three people were working when I arrived at 5:30. I watched as they waited on the two people infront of me as I had to get in-line to be acknowledged. Finally at 5:56 pm my order was ready.
