I drive for DoorDash. I picked up an order next door to this store and this order was added to the current delivery. I'm... thinking great! Right next door. I should be in and out. Almost 1 hour later my order was still not ready even though there werenot many people in the store at the time. However, many people started coming into the store and those orders kept beingprocessed before mine. This store really needs to come up with a better procedure in assuring delivery orders have more of apriority. This is ridiculous! My client should not have to wait over an hour for a sandwich. Order number E3822961-6D on Sunday March 13, 2022. The order was placed on line and was accepted by the restaurant at 4:39pm for... a 5:30 pm pickup in the store. Three people were working when I arrived at 5:30. I watched as they waited on the two people infront of me as I had to get in-line to be acknowledged. Finally at 5:56 pm my order was ready. Ordered a sub with coworkers for lunch, mine was spicy for some reason and so I took it back after work hoping it would be able... to be remade correctly. I was accused of trying to steal a sub by being told that if I didn't have the receipt then I couldhave bought the sub from any divest and was trying to get one from them for free. Honesty disappointed. We've come here several times and had great experiences no matter the day or time we come. However we... tried to come tonight at about 8:30pm... emphasis on tried. We got to the door and it was locked. There were a couple of peopleinside ordering and two employees behind the counter. We pulled on the door and the young female cashier behind the counterlaughed as we tried to get in. So we left. There were still 2 hours until close, and we had to go somewhere else. Very rude girl didn't say welcome in when I said hello to her she rolled her eyes. Been standing here for her to make a sandwich... for someone that isn't even here, then when she was making mine she started making I assume another door dash order. WOW I guessshe didn't like how I look, BC there was a man in There that she didn't have a problem with and was nice to him. . Extremely sadthat these people are are so disrespectful to us older people. I'm just over the nasty attitudes.
