I went by this subway. First time at this particular location. I won't go back. Not only were the sandwich makers rude but they... were unprofessional. I have worked in food service before and would never treat a Parton the way I was treated. I ordered TheBoss, number 6. The girl says subs 1-12 can not be customized you can take things off but can not add anything to it. I did notthink anything of it at first No problem, all subs since the beginning of time have veggies on it.. The pepperoni, the cheeseand meatballs were all fine. I did not want anything ridiculous on it but the veggies I normally get and have always gotten.When my sandwich comes out of the toaster oven the other girl immediately starts wrapping it up. I stop her and tell her I wantveggies. The B*tch snips at me and tells me that i can not add veggies to the sub and that I would have to pay extra tocustomize (add veggies). I was shocked. My brother owns a subway out of town and I have been eating at subway for years. Neverin my life have I heard this. So I tell her, this was my first time ever hearing a Subway sandwich can not be customized despiteit being mentioned in every commercial since the subway series campaign began. She tries to argue with me about it. I am notgoing back and forth with a sad person living a sad life. I should have not even paid for it. But I did. $17.00 for a sub thatshould have only been about 12. What a load of bull!! Its subway they will get business but if that chick's name was on thedoor. I only gave two stars as the young black lady putting our 3 foot long subs together was very COLD and RUDE! I tried talking to... her and she would not even look at me. (I don't think she likes Italians) Not a good way to treat a customer. The manager wasawesome and was very professional to us, the employees, not so good! I will be lying if I say I am not disappointed with how they treated my order. Look at the picture you can see. My experience... there was horrible!!! This picture was exactly how she wrapped my order, I took the picture thereafter she handed the order tome. I watched her wrapped it with the vegetables on the paper and I could say a word to her because I want to share this reviewwith as many that will read it. Read more
My sister visited this particular location and it was the worst experience. The manager was very rude. My sister frequents this... location often and found an employee who makes her sandwich just the way she likes it, so she always request this particularemployee to make her sandwich. On last Wednesday when she made the request the manager became very rude and refused to let theemployee make the sandwich. The manager told my sister to call corporate if she did not like it. As my sister began to take aphoto of the owners information the manager yelled at her that she had to leave and threatened to call the police My minor niecewas present for this and became very upset so my sister went to her car to wait for the police. After waiting and no policecame, my sister called the non-emergency to see if they received a call from this location. They had not and dispatched anofficer to the location. The officer was very nice and got the story from my sister. He went into the establishment and themanager refused to give her name, etc. to the officer All this because a simple request was made for a particular employee tomake a sandwich as the customer likes!
