I?m not sure who was working the drive thru today around 12:10? receipt says Amy B, but she was GREAT! She was friendly and... super fast. I also heard her compliment 4 employees on how good of a job they were doing and that she liked it. That makes aHUGE difference in employees and looked great to me as a customer. They have poor customer service. Poor management. Ignorant people working. Uncourteous, I will not come back again. Too long of... wait. I ordered and paid for my food and step outside, I wasn't allowed back in. I was told to go through drive thru. When I gotto drive thru I explained I had already ordered and paid was told to pull around to mobile pick up. Where it took almost an hourfor them to bring out three items and they left off my drink. The manager was very rude a young man let me back in to get myorder she said get out right away, time I stepped in. No courteous behavior at all. She was a disgrace to their team. I may cantolerate the looooong wait, but the disrespect and the way I was treated was very wrong. Read more
I've never been here and it not been busy. They are very efficient and have yet to mess up an order, regardless of the size or... complexity. This one of the last Taco Bells in the area to keep up with the Mexican Pizza demand when they re-released. Read more
Today I went here the worst day. Normally when I go here it used be good customer service. I place my order and drive-thru.... got up to the window the young lady was going to give me the drink then she said hold up wait a minute. I said okay. Theregister went down she went and get the manager . The Manager try to get it back up. She didn't open window and say ma'am I'msorry for the inconvenience. The young lady came back to the Window and said could I come in the inside because the computerwent blank. I just look and say okay but I did not go in there.because I already being setting in line for 10 to 15 min. Ijust left because the manager could acknowledge her customer who was in Dive-Thu. I arrived at this location as did other humans that decided they would like to purchase some food from this location. Apon... arrival there was a delivery truck blocking drive thru lane. Doors locked. I walked to service entrance to ask if anyone can getservice. I was yelled at telling me he is doing his job. I never asked or said anything about a delivery driver. I asked if Ican place an order. He told me I'd have to wait. Parking lot is big enough for delivery driver to not have blocked drive thur.All other patrons had to leave and spend their money else where. I would say that an owner of the establishment doesn't knowcustomer are being turned away at this location. I personally will not stop at this location again. Read more
Do yourself a favor and stop eating fast food everywhere these days. Short wait but my cheesy Gordita crunches weren?t very... cheesy and the whole thing was squishy. Unless prices go down we STILL expect our food to be good regardless of shortages orfood supply issues. Read more
I went to toco bell today Oct 25. And my food was horrible I tried to call up there about 6 or 7 times no one answered I could... not drive back up there because my car in the shop. I ask for extra meat well I received extra meat but know cheese on 3 tacobell grande's. Next Ordered 3 Hard shell Dorito Taco the shell was wet and soggy. Worst experience ever. The line was completely around the building. Couldn?t even submit and order as the only option was drive... thru. Took 45 minutes to get to the speaker box. After I ordered and pulled to the window they informed they were out of threeof the items because ?they only had two people working?. Had to completely change my order and then wait for them to make themeal. Was an hour before I was driving away. Read more
