If you gone look directly in my face.. you may as well acknowledge the fact that I have been standing there 10 minutes waiting... to place a To Go order..... not turn your head as if I am not even there and go on about your business. Oh the benefits of simplicity. I just asked my wife if she has EVER been to a Waffle House and been surprised by the food. She... said, "no." It's true. Every Waffle House is the same. I like Waffle House but this one earned only three stars because of lack of smiles an enthusiasm. The lady that served me placed... my cup of coffee on the opposite side of the table add she set it down, I almost walked out when I saw that but decided to stayand eat, she later came and delivered my plate of hash browns with steak and cheese and she placed it on the table along withthe bill and again no smile, I gave her one last opportunity as I asked her to refill my cup of coffee and again no smile andthat was the last time she came to my table. I live half a mile away and at night, the only two places open are waffle house or taco bell. In the last week I've been to this... location 3 times. They have told me the exact same thing " we aren't taking orders for tge next 30 minutes, we are all on break". ( i worked at waffle house for 2 years.. that is not how that works).
