Took a while in drive thru due to short staff I assume. Burgers were good, ordered 2 large fries. 1 was left out, the other was... terrible. Soggy, cold, and wet like they had been sitting out for hours. Couldn't even eat them and not worth waiting on drivethru again as we were traveling. Kids apple slices left out. We were visiting Containment Haunted House / Classic Paintball just down the street on Blairs Bridge Rd and decided to grab some... food first. I must say the speed of service was spectacular for the time of day, and how many people were swarming thislocation, but that didn't seem to stop the crew inside from providing fresh hot food and excellent customer service with asmile. Horrible service. Placed large order so I expected to wait a little. Waited 23 minutes for them to bring out incorrect, cold and... missing food order. Made them aware we were missing food. They made us wait another 12 minutes. As we saw car after car leave, Iwalked to the window for them to have my chicken sandwiches sitting there waiting for the line to clear!! Came through the drive thru to grab lunch. After 30 min wait I received my order. Get back to work to find out that the Taco... Salad is missing the chips, sour cream as well as the Large Fry is missing from the bag. Called several times it just rings noone answers. Had to clock out to loose more time to return back to get the food I paid for and the doors are locked and thedrive thru is once again completely backed up. This is not acceptable. There has to be a way for customers using their lunchbreak to be served their complete order.
