When I entered the establishment there was an immediate smell of marijuana in the air coming from the front of house workers.... The customer service displayed by the workers was only received as rude and unprofessional. When I asked something as simple as?is there anyway they could add bacon to the fries? I was given the most cold face ?no? and eye roll I?ve ever seen. The mealitself wasn?t even enjoyable as the chicken was room temperature, the fries felt undercooked, over seasoned and under seasoned(don?t know how they manage that one), and the cheese curds I ordered weren?t anywhere close to being fried all the way. Indescribably Good????? Where?? Here?? Absolutely ???? Not!!! To begin with the lady taking the order apparently had a bad day... cause she was rude as all get out! Second the dining area was dirty and had boxes sitting on the trash cans. When the foodarrived it was ice cold and the bacon was almost raw! As someone who has worked in the service & business management field for many years, this establishment is absolutely atrocious.... Customer service couldn?t have been any worse, not a care in the world for the service members behind the counter. While tryingto enjoy a meal that was cold for whatever reason, I then noticed how filthy the floors are. Not like someone just hadn?ttouched them in 20 minutes, but days. I went to pull my booth forward to be closer to the table and when I brought my hands backup they were sticky and covered in unknown things. Absolutely appalling. Do not eat at this establishment. It is not worth thetime nor money. The absolute worst experience I've ever had!! The manager I spoke to Ms Carmela was the nastiest and rudest person I have ever... encountered. She was unprofessional, had an attitude, and had no respect for any of the customers. Aside from waiting for her toget off her phone to start taking orders, she had head phones in the entire time and kept talking sideways as if she was talkingto someone in the phone. I never felt so disrespected, you shouldn't be making these kids into managers. Will definitely begiving corporate a call. This was a disgrace! Read more

This Zaxby's is always busy, but the staff seem to handle it well. The service is good, wait is not too bad considering how busy... they are. The food is constantly good as well. If you've never had Zaxby's, it's chicken and potatoes for almost every item:tenders with fries, chicken sandwich, buffalo wings, buffalo chicken sandwich. It's good quality, good flavors. Read more

Should have read the reviews before my visit. Ordered two salads in the drive thru. Just not good experience. Customer... service from people in the drive-thru is non-existent. Not a thank you from the order at the speaker or food delivery at thewindow. Got home with the salads (4 miles) to discover the salad was just dry. Two packets of dressing could not make itmoist. Did not taste fresh. Had to add more dressing from the fridge to make it barely edible. I have had good meals from thislocation in the past but this one was certainly not it. Read more
