Absolutely terrible !!!! Ordered a wings and things the young lady asked me to pull into a parking spot waiting for fresh wings... i okay great. Assuming all my food would be fresh or at least hot ?Definitely not the case! I got home my wings were perfect butmy fries and chicken fingers were so hard and cold you?d think it was from the previous day. One of the worst Zaxby locations I?ve been to, so don?t bother. I used drive-thru and get to order and they say they are out of... chicken another occasion the employee serving through the window exhaled her vape. Reluctantly and most recently I gave thelocation one more try. To avoid the drive thru I used the app for in store pick up. When I arrived the doors were all locked. Iwalked around to drive-thru to let them know I had an in store pick-up, they ignored me. As luck would have it an employee wascoming out, so I had to duck in. Got my order which was missing some items. The animals are running the zoo and want no dine-inguests so they lock the doors to force people into the drive-thru. This has to be the WORST Zaxby?s in town! I paid $25 and would?ve been better off going next door to McDonald?s because the... quality of food I received here was worse than eating off the dollar menu. The cashier Jonathan was horrible, I asked for ourchicken to be tossed in bbq and asked for extra. When we got our food I had to return the sweet tea because it tasted sour likeit had been sitting all day. Opened our food and saw the chicken barely had any bbq sauce on it, asked Jonathan if he could takeit back and have them add more sauce and he said it would be easier to just give me bbq packs. He gave me 2 and I asked for 2more because we had 2 meals and every was DRY! He then told me I had to pay $.50 I didn?t have any cash so I used my card and asI?m sitting there I?m thinking I don?t even want this food anymore so when he came back to the window I asked if he could justtake the food back and refund me my money. He loudly said JESUS. as if I was bothering him I told him never mind and pulled off.Needless to say I was still hungry after wasting $25 with them. I tried to call the store this morning to talk to a manager andof course no one answered and their mailbox was full. I normally don?t do this but I will be contacting corporate on this store.Customer service is everything and this store has none! If I could?ve gave 0 stars I would have. This place in my opinion isn't one of the better Zaxby's franchise location. The food isn't half bad with some chicken pieces... being a tad undercooked and a adequate amount of fries????. The employees take being unprofessional to the next level. One day,we were headed here to eat inside when the dining room was locked. My Family knew it was open due to the fact that it had beenopened every other time we came. It wasn't location wasn't closed that day because the drive-thru was up and running. My sonlooked inside and saw the employees talking and relaxing. They completely forgot to unlock the door! My son then pulled the dooras hard as he could so the employees came to the door to check what was happening. It worked and they came to open the door. Read more

Pulled up to drive thru with no other cars waiting . Waited at the speaker for 2 minutes. Blew the car horn and said hello into... speaker. Was later greeted by a rude hold on. After waiting 7 or 8 minutes, the worker answered rudely. I ordered two salads anda fry. I asked for fresh fries. After receiving my order, the fries were extremely cold. I walked inside and asked for somefresh fries please. The worker took my fries and gave them to the kitchen. He looked at me as if he was gonna but then old friesback into the grease. I politely said no sir, I want some more fries and those fries should have never made it to the kitchen. Upon arriving at home, my salad is also very old. I counted 7 workers in the restaurant, most of them standing around. This isthe service and quality of food that cost $27. Won?t be shopping there again and hope no one else does either. They went up on the zax snacks but the manager gave me these little pieces of chicken and refused to fix my order. I swear these... fast food workers take they job to serious. Like they taken the chicken out they check. Just fix my order!!!! It?s simple.People will really rip you off like it make them sleep good at night. This zaxbys ALWAYS disappoints and the staff is very rudeand unprofessional. People make that extra drive and go to another one. I am surprised they are still open. Read more

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! I'm from NY and I've been coming down here for about 16 years. I don't know what... happened but this location is the worst and I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. I love Zaxby's but they can just closeor burn this location down. I get to the house, my food is cold and my chicken is basically medium done. I had to put them backin the oven(pictured). There was barely any fries in my plate. I ate 3 fries other than what's here. I'm just too mad and hungryto go back. On top of the food being less than par, the nasty attitudes I have to deal with is unreal. Whomever is reading thisfrom Zaxby's corporate, you need to do a mystery shop and surprise visit. Oh I had to edit this to add an additional comment.My cousin sent there as well. Mind you its 10 pm.
