Everybody that they hire here always have bad attitudes? it literally cost $0 to be kind. Wings are getting extremely little,... each visit they are smaller than the previous visit. I bought this delicious grilled chicken salad yesterday which was great ????????..but I gave it 4 stars because of the rap... music????????. When I'm going to purchase my food or wait on my food. My first and my absolute last time visiting this American Deli. The customer service was TERRIBLE. Not only did they mess both... of my orders up, I was overcharged. The light skinned heavy set woman with braces and dreads as well as her underdressed, bonnetwearing, side kick (lowest level of unprofessional) were the rudest individuals I?ve ever met. Last Friday, 8/20/21, I called my order in; once I arrived and paid for it, I stood aside and watched more than a dozen other... patrons come in after me , get their orders and leave. When I approached them about my order, I was told that it was not movefrom the left side to the right to be filled and I would now have to wait another five minutes for my order to be completed. Iwaited because I enjoy their food, not the customer service. Since I was forced to wait I asked for a soda; and of course I wastold that I would have to pay another $2 for it. In my world, any other establishment would have offer the beverage at no cost.It?s not about the beverage; it?s the principle of the service provided. I?m big on customer service, and a great tipper; nomatter the food. Needless to say I will never spend another dime in this establishment. And yes, I know my dime will not hurtthem. But enough of us that get poor service stop going it will affect their bottom line. Poor customer service can destroybusiness. Read more
Something told me to say light on the onions. I kind of figured that people should know this by now! Who wants THAT many diced... onions in one serving??? I could tell that they deliberately "mixed" a bunch of onions in, to make my salad look fuller. Allthe other veggies weren't mixed in like the onions. Pictures below attempt to show how the salad looked, after picking most ofthe onions out. The right side is after onions, the left side is with onions. That's a lot of onions! And there were still moreleft! I just feel like $2 was wasted on onions that weren't eaten. Over all; tasty food, just ask them to go light on theonions, lol!
