This meal was so up and down it shocked me. First, they were out of ribs. Then the chicken tenders crust was so hard it... crumbled, and it's sauce was too sweet. The macaroni was spot on though. The new manager has completely re-birthed this location. With no exaggeration, she is the epitome of what a manager should be.... The place was clean, the food was fresh and amazing! I tend to request lots of modifications with my order and most places neverseem to get it right...but she made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Great service and all of the above. She should begiven a position where she's able to travel to different locations, as a training manager executive. She's the best! The location could use some deep cleaning from the time you enter the front door it's pretty dirty and the glass windows really... smudged, also the bathroom needed some attention. The server herself was good, but they were out of sweet tea, Pibb and Sprite.We ordered our food it came out quick and hot, but the food just was not that flavorful. Visited for dessert specifically for the Sizzling Blondie. There was no hostess at the front door. The crowd was waiting to be... recognized at the door. Ten minutes later a gentleman came up took our names and number and said it was a thirty minute wait. Noone ever called while I sat at the bar waiting to be called.
