Very poor customer service, I asked the cashier to change her gloves because she was handling money and food. This young lady... had the worst attitude ever, first she starved at me for about 5 to 6 seconds just looking at me very angry. So I ask theyoung lady again can she please change her gloves and she left very upset and talking to one of her co-worker, which theco-working started looking at me in an unprofessional way. I just wanted to let you know that I felt very uncomfortable andthreatened to a degree from your employee. When working with food to the public there should be some protocol in dealing withmoney and food. With the customer service and attitude I experienced with those young lady I don?t care for spending my moneythere anymore to support your store at your location. They gave me old nuggets. Then when I came back to return the old ones and get a fresh batch. The lady wanted to tell me that... they were fresh. But yet her co-worker was there throwing out half the case. I further tell her to give me a reg salted prezthat just came out- she didn't even want to refund me my money. Waste of time! I love Auntie Anne?s as well as my kids.. I grew up eating as well as my kids but this location is the worst!!! Service is... horrible and pretzels are dry old & not anything that is standard to sell. The young kids working there have no clue on serviceand how to produce good pretzels. Worst experiences ever!!!!!!!! It?s the only close location we have instead of driving to thecity but this needs to be addressed it?s horrible!! And worst kids working there!!!! The service is quick and the food is good. They now serve chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a pretzel bun. They also sell the... usual flavored and original pretzel along with lemonade or sweet tea. There is also a holiday drink called the hot chocolatefrost which is pretty good, it taste like chocolate milk on ice. Overall it's a good little shop for a quick snack. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I'm guessing the manager is the one that only... wears the red shirt, acts like she doesn't want to be at her job and her attitude is rubbing off on the younger employees. Shehad the nastiest attitude when I asked for a refund, grown woman acting so childish they need to hire some friendlier people.She messed up my refund and I still haven't received my money, it's sad that all they know how to do is get pretzels. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The cashier, receipt says her name is Felicia G, was unwelcoming, as if to be bothered by our... presence; she didn?t provide any clarity when asking about the drinks advertised, which in turn aided me in getting the WRONGdrink, based on HER description... I had to ask the employee, who literally made it, for a different drink/understanding.Felicia, then, with much irritation, called another employee over to process my refund for the first drink. Worst service ever. I've been coming to this location since it arrived in this mall. I was excited for it to get here. I used to... LOVE coming here, but the service has severely declined. The employees used to be so friendly and helpful. Now, they are shortand rude. I came to use my birthday coupon on a classic pretzel and ordered an almond pretzel because it is listed under classicpretzels. I was told by the team member not wearing a name tag that the almond pretzel was considered specialty. She said thatshe didn't understand it either, but despite what the menu days the pretzel I ordered was not an option for my birthday coupon.Poor service, unhelpful demeanors, and no pretzel. Darien and the rest of the staff in the food court kiosk gave great customer service. The pretzels were delicious and fresh.
