They should just shut this BK down. You pull up to the first window to pay. Then they tell you to sit at that same window until... you are told to pull up. Worst customer service EVER! The cashier didn't speak and she had a nasty attitude. I waited freaking20 plus min for 2 cheese burgers and a kids cheese burger. The food was cold...a hot freaking mess! Read more
WORST. BURGER KING. EVER!! We entered at around 3:30pm and are leaving now at 5:30pm...2 hours!! The staff were completely... untrained. They didn't really seem to know what they were doing. Orders were all over the place. They gave me 4 of my burgersthen moved to another customer to give them their fries then gave me half of my drinks. (Side note: they had no ice and thedrink machines were pouring out warm soda. Drink machines in the lobby were all broken) meanwhile, more people are ordering andnot getting any food. The 'shift supervisor' came out but didn't seem to know how to lead her team. Instead, she's yelling ather team members to "clock out if you don't like it!", in front of all the customers! I ordered 6 medium fries and 2 largefries, they gave me 8 medium and told me they were out of large boxes. They completely forgot to give me the jalapeños poppers!All I can say is, I'm so glad this is not my local Burger King! Train your staff, stop treating them like dogs, and don'toverwork them! Me and my friend mobile app our food last night and on that app I asked for extra onion ,extra mayo not just a bunch of lettuce... and mayo and it was more ketchup than anything also. My friend ask for buffalo sauce and the worker caught and attitude. Theapp did not have that option far as sauce is concerned and it shouldn?t have been a problem and on top of that did not have nozesty sauce with my onion rings. I hate coming to this BK get your order wrong, have waiting at minimum of 3 to 5 minutes to order, have wait at one window for 3... to 4 minutes and serve you COLD FOOD. They were short staffed but working as quickly as they could. Waited about 15 minutes to order, but then the food was ready in... about 5 minutes. The lobby needed the tables wiped down and the bathrooms were quite dirty. There was one young man working thedrive thru and helping the front line. He seemed the most organized and was very detailed knowing who needed what and even thata car passed the drive thru payment window without paying. Read more

I ordered the food directly from the #BK app. The food arrived incomplete. I ordered a a King Jr. 4 piece nugget meal and... received a sealed bag with the toy, fries, and NO NUGGETS or sauce (for my twin toddlers). Safe to say the Hershey pie that Iordered with my meal didn't arrive either. When I called the location the manager said, "You chose to order with #DoorDash!" Iinformed her that I ordered directly from the app, and wasn't aware of WHO their 3rd party delivery service was going to be. Iwas then told that there's no way that they can compensate a customer for time and money lost. That I could come in and pick upthe missing pieces of my order! In other words, customers are made to pay for a delivery fees just to have to burn their gas topick up their food anyway????????????????????????? These people clearly don't have to worry about getting my money anymore, andI will make it known at my office not to bother as well. Read more
