The drive thru line was long, but moved fast, the staff was friendly and all bad after that. Got home the fries were under... cooked had to put them in air fryer, the fish batter was extremely greasy and the fish on the inner parts were soggy. We addedthe shrimp for $1.99 and they were horrible. I definitely would not recommend. You would be better off going to the grocerystore frozen food aisle and picking up some fish and fries and cook it at home. Read more
This was an Uber Eats delivery order. I had to wait 10-15 minutes. We aren't paid to wait. I should have canceled, but the... lady working the counter AND drive-through, was seriously working her butt off! They need to hire more people. Drive thru line took forever! Over 30mins for one meal. Employees were nice and the food was fine, but I probably won't be back... to this location unless I just have to have Captain Ds and they are all that is available. Read more
Service was slow, oh well. Fries cold but the fish was hot and crispy. Not much energy from the cashier. She was not rude but... definitely was not friendly. Opportunity to improve customer service skills! Read more
I?m giving 2 stars because I really like this restaurant. But today I arrived at the drive thru at 1:56pm and it is now 2:40pm... and we are still sitting waiting to get our order. The inside wasn't opened at 12:30pm. I waited in the drive thru line for 38min, my fish was cold & the tenders were crispy... chicken bites, I order fries & okra for my sides i recieved only a handful of cold fries no okras.... this CD's is a No Go Read more
One star for how pleasant the person in the window was. The line wasn?t long, but the wait was. This may be bc I saw a few cars... leave the line. We sat there for 25-30 minutes bc I was on my phone with nothing else planned. Fast forward to eating my food?I got a 2-piece fish meal and the first piece of fish was fine. The second piece was missing some of the breading as if it hadbeen reheated. It was old! It wasn?t just cold bc it should still be crispy. I didn?t wait to eat. I even opened the carton tolet the steam out so that my fries weren?t soggy. Everything else was fresh, but it was paired with the oldest piece of fishthat I have ever received from there. I have always had a good meal from this location, until they reduced their service hours and started closing at 7PM. Today, we... decided to get lunch at this location. One of my sides was a baked potato. The potato was raw, it would not release the peal andthen it could not be eaten due to the fact that it was still raw. What a disappointment. I guess, I will have to find a newlocation for my fish fixes. Get your act together folks or you will soon be closing down. Read more
