Food is fast food. Service is quick enough though whenever I go here. Can't complain. It's whatever you expect
Fries were cold. Burger was pretty bad, even for fast food. Service was great, though. Employees were nice and efficient.
In short - just don't go. In a long but abbreviated story - I pulled up to the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me (thinking... this should be quick and easy).... 15 minutes later I'm STILL at the call box and car #1 is still at the window (someone pulledup behind me, so at this point I was trapped). I finally get my order in and pull up to the window to pay... 10 more minutespass and the guy comes to the window to confirm my order, it's WRONG. 10 minutes later they ask me to pull to the side andthey'll bring me my food. 15 minutes later they bring out the food... but it was, again te WRONG order. I had to then get out ofmy car and go up to the window... my entire presence was ignored. I basically had to stick my head inside to get attention. Tellthem they gave me the wrong food and the person I spoke to stops another worker from walking out of the kitchen to another car.My food was about to be handed to someone else..... I've never seen people so confused at a fast food restaurant. I'll save mymoney next time and make a salad at home. Read more
Aug. 1st, I came and ordered fully loaded fries. I hate how much cheese sauce that is normally put on the fully loaded fries... because it makes the fries soggy. I asked the cashier if she could please specifically tell them to not put so much cheese sauceand to use about half of what they normally use. She correlated that message. I greatly appreciate it. I love yawl team,facts! A month ago: I know that yawl work hard and get busy at times but, everyone is always courteous and nice. My order isalways RIGHT, which prevents me from wasting time and money. Today I ordered the number 3 and my bacon was perfectly cooked???????????? Crispy. This location has been the best experience for a Checkers franchise. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were very... efficient, and from the time of ordering to receiving my food was super quick. The young lady was pleasant and courteous whilecollecting my payment and giving me my food. I tried the Fry-Seasoned Chicken tenders. They did NOT taste like Checkers fries! They were very small in size, in no way... resembles the advertised picture and they were over cooked. I wish i had looked at my food before I drove off, I would haveasked for my money back. This place got 3 stars for their horrible advertised chicken tenders. The lady at the drive thur waskind.
