I just ordered from here today and there was an issue with my order where several things were missing when delivered. I called... and spoke with a lady manager and she EXPEDITIOUSLY MADE THINGS RIGHT! She was professional, kind and quick. The missing itemswere delivered. Managers like this deserve to be trainers regionally, have raises and promotions if that is what she desires. Ihad to call back up there to thank her again. Her name is Safiya! Read more
Do not order pizza from here, the employee's are rude when you call with a concern they hang up on you. I order a pizza and it... took over an hour to get it and I live five minutes from the restaurant door. I order it on my way home from work and I made ithome before the the delivery was made and it takes me 45 minutes to get home. Read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery. I followed the "pizza tracker" and suddenly it says my pizza was delivered; even though, it... previously said 15 minutes away. The pizza was never delivered to my house. I called the local store and was told the pizza justleft the store. Twenty minutes later, the pizza still wasn't delivered. I called the store again and was left on hold for morethan 10 minutes with no answer. An hour later thre driver shows up with the wrong pizza. No one answering the phone at thestore. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 8:01. It was raining so I gave the driver the benefit of it may take longer. At 9 I decided to call the store... to see if the driver had attempted to deliver my pizza. Could never get an answer because it was a 877 number listed instead ofthe store number on Google. I decided to go see what was happening with my order at 9:15. I arrive there and the young ladyworking the counter was very nice. I waited patiently while she waited on a few customers. She could not find my order so shecalled the driver and I quote " the driver said it was raining and she had gotten off work and forgot my order was in her carand went home." My face???????are you serious? It was raining so she went home and forgot she had my order in her car. I can'tmake this stuff up. Now, I do not like to complain about anything but when you see something wrong say something! My first time ordering from this... new location was horrible. No greetings no good customer service . The Pizza looked like it was left over for three days. I askto speak to the Mgr ask him would you eat this? I even ordered a second time to give this place the benefit of the doubthorrible again pizza looked old and taste horrible. Please, This place needs a whole new managing team someone professional,someone who cares , and knows how to treat paying customers. This is a new location, and my first experience was not so okay. The food was fresh, and the pizza was hot. My only important... concern was all the people in that little space during COVID-19. I could barely move to get back into the store to get my pizza.I had left out, and waited in my car because the store lobby was over crowded with people, then to make matters worst theyopened my pizza box around all them people, and some customers were not wearing mask. My second experience the pizza was freshagain, but they gave my pizza to the wrong person. So when I arrived it was a big drama about what type of pizza I orderedbecause my name was not of the box. I was very nervous about taking the pizza because again they opened my pizza on the counterand three different people were all looking at the pizza, and one of the workers did not have a mask on, and another had ongloves handling money, and food. Also it was customers all around the counter when they opened my pizza box, so unsafe. Alsoagain the lobby was full with people and no one was practicing 6 feet and that?s very dangerous. A sign should be on the door,to order your food, and wait in your car due to limited space for your own safety. Read more
Food was good also I did the curb service and I must say, that was the best service I've received thus far. Check them out.
