I'm convinced the workers here were dropped as babies. I have used door dash to order from here and each time it takes an hour... to get chicken. They make the delivery driver wait for extended periods. I have even had to cancel an order and go there andwaited no more than 5 minutes. What is wrong with you all. Do your jobs. Read more
Went there today got the darkest chicken there was in town never seen it so dark. They're grease need to be changed my mother is... 74 year old. On her way from an appointment stop there and got home was disappointed how can people give anybody anything whenthey pay their money for it they are high with prices we all know but would you serve anybody anything that you would not eathave pictures. It's a KFC. Go here for chicken that's been under a heat lamp for a while. Clean enough, code on bathrooms required. Unlike... every other restaurant nearby, they kept their inside dining room open until the hours posted. Read more
I could only order inside with cash and then my order was wrong which I didn't realize until we were home preparing plates for... my 90yr/86yr old mom's who HAD to eat then due to medical concerns. The order was an 8pc meal, dark meat. I specificallyrequested and verified order with cashier and again with Manager who told me, it was as requested. It was only me and 1 othercustomer. Then home, ready to eat, order wrong. I had to feed the moms something so I gave them 2 pieces and took other back.The manager was rude! There were not many cars in drive thru, but we still had to pull up and wait for food to be brought out. However the staff did... not bring food out, after waiting almost 10 minutes we had to go in and get our food. The food was good and fresh, the biscuitsdelicious too, but just Stop selling the chocolate chip cookies they are just horrible and taste stale. Read more
4-26-21 - wanted something different and decided on KFC. It wasn't too crowded, but crowded enough. Didn't have to wait too... long to place my order. Ordered the Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo with Arnold Palmer. Also the $20 Fill-up 8 pieceChicken ???? meal, with mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuits. There were a few orders in front of me, including one patron themanager assisted with getting a fresh Chicken order. The food came out in a timely manner, but forgot to ask for honey ???? forthe biscuits, and it wasn't in the bag. The chicken was hot and fresh. Fries could've been better, and tea combo was good, butmay have been too sweet. The Sandwich was good, and a nice size piece of meat, but was expecting a special sauce, and it was alittle tough and crunchy in spots. Otherwise the meal was good. Read more
I went to KFC on Saturday and I ordered a five-piece chicken finger with a fry and coleslaw and I ordered my wife a three-piece... dinner. We pulled up at 5:47 to get out food. They told us to pull around to come inside because they have to cook the chickenfingers which is going to take 5 minutes. Grant you. We got there at 5:47. We didn't leave until 6:26 p.m. because they we'repacked and didn't have enough employees in the back. Got the food. Everything was cold. The manager never came out to the lobbyto speak with the customers letting them know they're short-handed and please be patient with us.
