I went through the Drive thru at the Krystal's in Lithonia I sat there 20 minutes. So finally I pulled out, and went inside.... The employees were walking around like they didn't want what was going on. One lady behind the counter ask me was I picking up,I responded no. I had before in your drive thru for 20 minutes, so I decided to just come in. I told her my order and shewalked away. Then another worker ask me what I was waited on, I told him the same thing I had told the other worker. He went tosee about my order, and they all was trying to figure out where my order was on their screen. So finally I just said. That's okI don't want it thank you. And I walked out. Very very very. I ordered and paid for my food the through the Krystal app. Went to pick it up and no one was there. I guess the employees left... or just closed without notice? it was well within operating hours according to google and their own app information. I triedcalling and the number is pointless it just hangs up. Not only did they waste my time but also my gas and the charge is still onmy card and I never got my food. HORRIBLE.ZERO STARS. Haven't been here in a while. Located off of Evans Mill road going towards the mall and across the street from waffle House. The... doors were locked at 2pm so I couldn't go inside. Can't leave a 0 star, or I would. Same as every other review, absolutely atrocious and slow service. Waited over an hour and... they still got the order wrong. 5 items in the order, and they miss 2 of them? There is something very wrong at this location.Avoid at all costs if you value your time. I shudder to think about waiting 20-30 more minutes for 2 tiny hot dogs. I don't hatemyself that much, you shouldn't either. Read more
Every morning I stop by when I get off from work to get me a breakfast scrambler. My price is never the same, even though it's... the same thing I get everyday. The wait is usually 10 to 15 mins or more. And lately they have been messing up my order. It'sonly 2 people working in there at a time. They are close to my job so I have been there multiple times this week and every time they tell me ?the stove just started to be... worked on and that it will be 20 minutes to place order even though the first time I tried this week I place the order online 2hours in advance and paid!!! They do this all the time! The excuses to turn people away: ?our system is down? the stove isbeing worked on? and oh well if u already paid online! You will have to contact corporate, never get a response and have tocontact bank to dispute charge! Terrible location. Slow/lazy workers. I came on a Saturday at 6pm. Guy told me a 20 min wait because he is making 80 krystals... and some other inaudible excuse. I waited in parking lot to see what else to eat for 5min. Went back to drive through and now hetells me the wait is 20min because of technical difficulties because of a system update. At 6pm on a Saturday? Right. I dontsee how they are still in business here. I have came here more than once and left because of slow service. Sometimes they arejust plain closed during normal hours. I had not had a Krystal's experience in three years. I was happy with the taste and freshness of the food, the speed of order ... (from giving my drive through order to receiving my completed order) However, I had to wait in line for what seem like a longtime to get to the drive through speaker. I was also disappointed that the no longer sell the Big Krystal Burger. It was sogood. Overall, though I was satisfied. The food I received made up for the negatives mentioned. Read more
