Food was hot and fresh. The female employee had a serious attitude when I asked for my receipt. She basically shoved the bag of... food at me. It was as if I interrupted her doing absolutely NOTHING. A male employee with dredlocs cleaning the restaurantwitnessed her behavior and told me "Don't let her interfere with you having a good day" He is always very polite when I visitthis location. The floor was dirty and greasy. The older female manager spoke to the employees like she had very little respect(if any) for them. I guess all of this was expected at McDonald's... U ever been to a McDonald?s that actually filled up your fry box and not give U a small fry in a large box? This is the first... time I?ve ever experienced that. 5 stars on that alone! Read more

Absolutely a horrible experience. I understand being under staffed and being busy, but that doesn?t mean you have to be mean to... the customers. I clearly saw that my order number said it was ready to serve. I even saw my order just sitting there. I told theman behind the counter that my order number said it was ready. He looked at me and said ?Is your order sitting there? Then it?snot ready!? And walked away from me. I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone else to acknowledge that it was indeed myorder that was ready. Very rude and unprofessional!!!! Read more

Waited for food for too long. Rushed when ordering food. Asked for large fries at window was told no. Asked for manager and... never received one. Did get large fries and waited for meal that never came. Went into store to see what was taking so long.Girl mad at guy for getting all the fries, dirty, but the guy was getting my order ready for me so I wasn't ignorant. Customerservice is key when working in these type of businesses letting your customers know there will be a wait is better than gettinga attitude with them. Team work is necessary. Don't throw a box at the man drop more fries and keep it pushing. My fries werecold and my order was wrong but the guy was so sweet I couldn't express myself I just took the food and left. Read more

I went in and ordered quarter pounder with cheese combo, paid for order and the girl walked over and grabbed a sandwich from the... countertop and told the guy to add extra pickle and onion on that, the guy opened the sandwich and wiped his hand across the topbun and then preceded to add pickle and onions. I then advised the girl that I want a refund and it took a minute she kepttrying to get me to get a fresh one so she says...I know longer wanted to eat there. I couldn't believe that had just takenplace and the place was extremely nasty. I haven't seen my refund yet but called my bank they said to give at least 7 days...soI will be checking back...Whatever happened to good customer service and cleanliness in these places Read more

Really? This is what the McDonald's on Panola Rd. served me for a Strawberry cream cheese pie. You could have just said you were... out of pies and I could have saved my money. Read more

I waited in the Drive Thru for over an hour. Got to the pay window; guy took my money, then turned his back to me. Sat at pay... window for another 10 minutes before line moved. Lady in car ahead of me was apparently disappointed with her order as shereceived her food from the pay window but had to move down to the next window to get additional items. Prior to that she had torepeat her order at the pay window. When i finally got to the second window, there was some type of Employee meeting going on. No apologies. I was handed a bag without a greeting. I looked in the bag and all of my food was not there. I discovered thisorder was not my order, but it had the 10-piece nuggets, so I kept it. I told the employee fish sandwich, fries, apple juiceand McFlurry were not in the order. She brought me each item out one by one, no bag. I ordered an M&M McFlurry. I was givenan Oreo McFlurry. I started to keep it, then I thought to myself, I paid for this, I want what I ordered. She took it back tolet another employee fix the M&M McFlurry. When I got home, my niece told me that there were Oreo's bits under the M&M's. Sonow I know why they were laughing. The best thing I got this particular night was an apple juice which was boxed. Hard to messthat up. All other food was either mixed up or cold. I believe in supporting my people but come on.... Please do better. There were literally 8ppl behind the counter and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I waited a total of 20 min... with being parked waiting on my food. I ordered 2 kids meal 1 double quarter pounder regular and 1 quarter pounder withoutketchup and mustard. Welp after waiting I see the person with my food go to 2 different cars first then when they see me sayingyes that's mine proceeded to tell me where I was told by the drive thru person to park was the wrong space and I should haveparked in the number as to which I proceeded to inform them their own Co worker instructed me to park here. I checked my foodand GUESS WHAT YEP. KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ALL OVER MY BURGER ???????????I proceeded to get out the car and go inside. To where Isee nothing but ppl standing around complaining and looking lost. 4 runners for 1 drive thru and really no one Manning thefront. There was an older young lady already standing there waiting for her food and once I got someone's attention to alertthem and let them know that I received the wrong Burger they took the burger and proceeded to remake it I received the remadeBurger 2 minutes later. I don't normally complain this extensive I just feel like this particular McDonald's is unsupervised andif there was a supervisor on staff they were grossly negligent on how they were managing their staff everyone was just doingwhatever and not really Manning their stations or their jobs I got the remade Burger but as I looked at it I'm iffy on eatingit.Not to say that they did something to it I just feel uneasy eating it after receiving it. This particular McDonald's I'veheard several complaints about in the past I've never really experienced it until today management may need to reconsiderretraining a lot of their staff so this particular restaurant and such a busy part of town can be ran better.
