Stopped here for dinner after a long drive home and the guy at the window was very rude. I asked for condiments and the guy... indicated we don?t have any but ketchup. He barely handed me food bag to me, which caused me to reach very far out of my car tograb bag to prevent food from falling on the grown. His hygiene was not so great and they should be made to wear and/or mask. They are also always out of condiments such as nugget sauces, honey, and hot sauce. No matter what I order for delivery or takeout they ALWAYS forget something. And it?s impossible to get someone to answer the... phone to resolve the shortage/refund. I don?t understand how my items keep getting left. And DoorDash does not check to makesure everything you order is there before delivery. This line is outrageously long. I'm not sure if this is the only Popeyes Chicken in this area but they need another one. I visited this popeyes via the drive through this past weekend. I asked for a 5 piece with 2 sides. I asked person taking the... order if I could substitute the breast for any other piece as I don't eat the breast. They said No we can't substitute thechicken. I said ok then can I speak with a manager? She's said I am the manager. I asked again why I couldn't i get asubstitution as I don't eat breast and I'll just throw it away. She then said 'then don't eat the breast'. Hmm, so it took mea while to regain my composure because I had options to not purchase anything. Everything is a teachable moment. So, I changedmy order to a 2 and 3 piece without the breast. Lori (MANAGER) was unprofessional, and lacked customer service skills. We'vegrown accustomed to rude behavior, the decrease in staff for mostly all resturants is making it more and more difficult tosupport in our communities and rude behavior doesn't make it better. Lori should also learn basic economics if you don't have acustomer to provide a service then you don't have a job to pay your bills. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A and say 'MyPleasure'.
