Service was good but they have people ordering online because they're short staffed. I order online and it's 5 people working.... I've never been to a smoothie spot with more than 2 people working but this one says that 5 people is short staffed. Probablylosing business because ordering at the counter of an empty store is quicker than going online and waiting 10 minutes for orderto be ready for pickup. Read more
VERY CHILDISH ENVIRONMENT ?? There?s NO ONE over the age of 24 working here. There was a lady complaining that order wasn?t... ready. The same thing happened to me the first time I came here. The second time I accidentally ordered the wrong vegansmoothie, I did NOT ask for a refund. I simply asked could the correct one be made. MAKAYLA acted as if Smoothie King is herpersonal store. I asked them if they could call the manager since they refused to make another. MAKAYLA TRIED to make me wait,as if it was going to take a while. I asked Jade how long would it be after standing there 2-3 mins. Jade told Makayla to comeout. Makayla came out with an attitude. Had it remade. I said thank you twice and she never said a word. I asked for the managerDanille number. Makayla walked to the back then ANOTHER LITTLE GIRL came out, made eye contact as if something was a joke alongwith Makayla. She gave me the store number. Not only am I writing a review and calling the manager, I am going to email AND/ORcall corporate. If these LITTLE GIRLS wanna play, go back to the playground but don?t play with my money. My favorite smoothie king store. My smoothie is always made with love and tastes fresh. The staff is amazing, they greet you at... the door with a smile, know my regular order and take your my order promply. Even if there?s a line I?m never there longer thanI should be. The store is always clean and smell fresh, like you literally smell the freshness and cleanness when you walk in.The shelves are always stocked with fresh goodies.
