The food was fresh and excellent. But the service was horrendous. It was just one employee in particular. She didn't smile,... was very unpleasant, and responded rudely to even the most basic questions. For example, when she asked what kind of bread, Isaid the Artisan Italian. She made a sour face and responded "What?? What's that??" I said "it's written on your choice ofbread sign right here in front of you. Never mind. The white bread please." She had an ugly attitude the entire time and rushedus. Employees should at least know the names of the menu items they serve. Then when I asked her for a cup holder 3 times, shejust stood there staring at me and ignoring my request. The young teenager boy who was already busy doing vegetables and thecash register stopped what he was doing and gave it to me He was polite and nice She should not be in the guest serviceindustry in my opinion I will not come to that Subway again. I ordered door dash from this subway and these people gave me a freezing cold meatball sub. Like I'm not talking about left out... for hours cold, I'm talking about left in the fridge overnight cold! That sub is supposed to be hot! I have already contacteddoor dash for a refund and told door dash to contact this location. And looking at the most recent review about the bugs, I amDISGUSTED because I have ordered from door dash at this location multiple times. Asked a question about my sandwich preparation and I was responded back with a smart remark by the older gentleman, the younger... gentleman had very good service but the man who made my sandwich basically told me he works at Subway i don't so don't questionit but little does he know I used to work Subway! Order was not correct. Both foot longs were missing ingredients. The employee insisted all ingredients were put on the... sandwiches when clearly they were not. Do not do an online order unless you want it screwed up, from the type of bread to theingredients ordered.If they say they will get back with you, don't believe them. The young lady that made my salad was very nice & friendly however the ingredients were not fresh & they absolutely need to do... some cleaning. Usually with these circumstances I would leave but this day/time it was my only option for a salad. This was my first time visiting this location. I went to this location on my lunch break an first thing stepping into the place... your feet is automatically sticking to the floor and the aroma in the air wasn?t fresh bread.. I had already ordered with my appso I wasn?t aware that the oven was down until my arrival. I stated that I wanted a refund but he explained to me that my orderwas still hot. Taking his word I left. I had two subs oven roasted chicken and meatball marinara. My meatball marinara was coldan burnt.. how is it both.. I don?t know either so was my oven roasted chicken. This is my favorite subway. Customer service is always nice and they know me by name when I arrive. Definitely recommend
