Ordered directly from the subway app. They canceled my order 5 min before the estimated arrival time and there's still a pending... charge on my card! I checked before ordering to make sure they were open, not sure why my order would be canceled. Also I triedcalling the store 4 times and no answer. This is ridiculous. If you cancel an order, send the money back to the card. Uber,Doordash, Postmates,....they all send you your money back instantly if the cancel and order! It's not acceptable that you guysmade the decision to cancel an oder bc you couldn't fulfill it and now my money is taken! Read more
