How about I ordered on line. App told me order was confirmed...building...and then ready. I get there and nothing was ready.... They said they tried calling..They no longer have salads...they don't have the tomato or spinch wraps...only plain. ????. Theywaited until I arrived to see if I wanted a refund or something else. Ordered directly from the subway app. They canceled my order 5 min before the estimated arrival time and there's still a pending... charge on my card! I checked before ordering to make sure they were open, not sure why my order would be canceled. Also I triedcalling the store 4 times and no answer. This is ridiculous. If you cancel an order, send the money back to the card. Uber,Doordash, Postmates,....they all send you your money back instantly if the cancel and order! It's not acceptable that you guysmade the decision to cancel an oder bc you couldn't fulfill it and now my money is taken! Read more
