The manager told me I could not have water because he didn't have any water cups left. Told me I would have to pay 1.36 for a... cup of WATER. He is rude and he obviously doesn't care if you're not spending money at the current time. I've spent a lot ofmoney there but I will NEVER go back there as long as he's manager.
