Worst Taco Bell ever, the young man with the face tattoo always have an attitude. I have had my order wrong twice. Not to... mention they never print receipts with the amounts and totals. I have frequent here three times and each time I ask for anitemized receipt and was told they do not print them. The receipts that are printed never have the full survey (16 digits) onthem so you can not take the online survey either. If I could give this 0 starts I would. Disgusting! Food made incorrectly and it was very messy. Tacos and Chalupas were literally wet to the point where it soiled the... bag. Called about 7 times, no answer. Time to email corporate. Will NEVER return. Read more
If you are able to be served here, you are lucky. I've tried 5 times to get food over the past couple months but left hungry due... to excuses with their kitchen appliances, card reader, staff, etc. I honestly do not understand how they can have this manyproblems consistently for it to not be intentional. Go to Zaxby's across the street. It's better worth your time. Read more
Worst experience ever. Ordered and paid online but they wouldn't give me the food because it didn't show in their system, even... when I showed the confirmation/receipt with evidence of payment and it showing that order status is "ready to pick up". Insisted that I pay again and go dispute the charge with the credit card company. Only filled order after I threatened to callpolice for refusal to give food I paid for. Absurd to try to put the burden of resolving their problem onto the customer. Afterall that, they didn't even have 2 of the 3 things I ordered and had to substitute stuff I didn't really want but no chance theywere going to do a refund when they weren't even wanting to give me food. Zero chance I go back to this location. They wouldlose a customer over two food items and a drink because they're worried about somebody thinking they've given away food? Here at the drive through at 11:35pm and they are in the store hiding acting as if they are closed. Store hours says open till... 12am. I physically see two employees but know one refuse to come to the window. Even after I hunk the horn twice they appear tonot want to be seen by standing away from the window . 2nd time in 2 days my order was completely somebody else's order. Because it's through doordash I can do nothing. Then last... night I did the taco bell I ordered and all the extras I paid for were not there. Very upset. But not belligerent about it. Read more
I ordered no cheese and A LOT of times such a simple request is not met. These guys had our order correct and pretty good... portions on our tacos. And all was in a timely manner. We'll be going back to this location. Read more
