My waitress was good my table was dirty but hey taking consideration stay consistent and cleaning the table for your new guess
They need to figure out a more efficient way to use the takeout windows. I get not wanting the dining room open all night for... safety, but they really should have figured out the windows first. There weren't that many orders going at once, but everythingwas incredibly jumbled up and chaotic. I had things missing entirely from my order (I had ordered extra of this particularthing), there was no salt on the food, we were not given a single condiment. Everyone had an attitude when I walked in except the roach on the counter happily enjoying life. The cashier wiped her nose and... continued with her duties without washing her hands. I will never visit this location about I entered this location around 8:40pm after a long day at work on August 26 2022. The... waitress quickly came to the door and said to me ?we are not taking any orders? I asked way??? I got a nasty look, so I leftupon doing so another customer came in and said ?they got my food? they gave him his food however the next customer ( were nottaking at orders) this place is a disgrace. Visited on July 5th Short Review: Pleasant and attentive cashier, Freedom, quick and verbal cook, unnamed, and nice meal... presentation. Be patient with them and they'll be patient with you. Detailed Review: I came here for a quick stop. The waittook a while longer than expected due to a lack of staffing, however, to the chef's credit they handled large group orders in atimely manner. The facility was manned by one cashier and one cook; May have been due to it being right after the 4th of July,if not, management needs to figure something out. Freedom (cashier) was very pleasant, transparent, attentive, and took extracare to verify my order before passing it onto the cook. The chef - unnamed - was good at multi-tasking, quickly resolved myconfusing order (very customized) and when communicating her voice didn't boom; She spoke loud and clear enough for her coworkerand the consumer. Not for the entire store. Take note other locations! My to-go container was very neat and I didn't get a hintof attitude from either staff member. Nothing wholesome you can use $12 at 2am unless you're at Waffle House. The place was super sketch, but my food was ????... amazing. The Waffles are my absolute favorite and it's always impressive how consistent the quality can be among the manyrestaurants. This one in ATL is legit. Read more
