DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Long lines because the inside is closed pushing people to the drive thru. The young... people working there aren't taking orders because you have to wait 5 minutes before they come to speaker and they stumbledthrough taking the order. Tonight they were out of everything to drink, so I asked for a 2 kids meals, my child will have extramilk or juice. They couldn't get that right. I ordered a frosty they gave 2 kids juice, and no lettuce. Both meals were icecold, so I have go home are heat up everything. That defeats the purpose of getting fast food. The young girl looked lost andwas moving extremely slow on purpose. The young boy wasn't any better. No one greeted us. No one thanked us. Yet this is thegeneration that want $14/hr. When they can work period, then we can talk about raising there salary. As of today, the serviceI received wasn't worth $8/hr and the food wasn't worth the $11. Wendy's at Panola Road you can do better then this. I want bereturning ever. Read more
The restaurants were very clean and the staff was okay. The cashier that really outshined was Ant. His name signify small but he... made a big impression. I appreciated his high spirited and swift order taking skills. Read more
Well, I hope the person who the person working the drive through gave my $10 chicken sandwich meal to enjoys it. I ended up... with their $2 hamburger. I guess it's too much to expect some competency from the staff there. I'm so done with this place. Read more
Really Wendy?s. My daughter could not eat none of her nuggets because one they were uncooked. First whoever is taking order have... no customer service his greeting his horrible. Pull to the speaker no hey how are you may I take your order all he say is goahead.. GO AHEAD!!! Get to the window to pay NO RECEIPT!! Second window is the guy who took the order(TALL GUY) no type ofacknowledgment walk away from the window bring the food back barely open the window to pass the food out still noacknowledgement just give the bag and drive away.. Worst Wendy's experience ever. Drive-thru was extremely slow - 20+ minutes slow. Rude evening shift manager. Horrible customer... service. You have to ask for a receipt and can't get a refund. Why is your male drive-thru cashier constantly check-in theirphone? I used to ear at this Wendy's years ago, and actually had great customer experiences with them. I even called to leave acompliment before. But this experience has turned me off Wendy's for good. Read more
Half of the bun was stale the other half of the bun was so soggy and smell honest to God like urine. The floor was so greasy... employees were sliding across it they couldn?t walk fast. Although beautiful one employee?s hair was so long and it was not tiedup when she was working around food her hair came down past her butt. I asked for the single number 1 and they gave me a double. The burger was decent but they put more mayonnaise than ketchup or... mustard. Only three pickles and the sandwich looks as if it were thrown together. I understand it is fast food but can you atleast have some decency when putting it together?!? Read more
11/13/22 at roughly 1:15-1:26 am i sat behind a car that i watched have their order taken . i pull up to the box and theres no... answer for about 5-7 minutes . i pull up to the second window ( where i see the entire staff is standing about because nobodywas even at the first window to answer the box and at least tell them whats going on ) apparently they?re closed and have nofood at all. this is exactly what the woman w/ the red box braids and fairer complexion said to me . not only are they closedearly but i literally watched someone get their order taken before me just for them to tell me no .
