Drive thru line was 10 car + so decided to walk in instead and couldn't of asked for faster or better service! I ordered what it... " claimed to be large" Zax Snack which only came with 3 chicken fingers + ????& ????with a peice of toast and it literally wasready in the time it took me to select my drink from the million plus choices and fill it. After eating it I was stuffed. Now itwas free since I downloaded the app and entered the code from my first receipt so I can't complain bc it was free, I'm onlywondering since it says large Zax snack and it only contained 3 chicken fingers, what would a small contain? Had a line all the way around but it was moving at a steady rate. No issues with the intercom, both parties could be heard... without repeats. Took ~15 minutes to get my order - due to the line - without complications. Read more

I recently went to this Zaxbys and my experience was horrible. The order was placed online and supposed to have been ready when... I got there at 7:32. I arrived at 7:43 with the order still not ready. Being that I felt it they needed l a little more time Isat down and waited. Almost 25 minutes later when I approached the counter after watching numerous amounts of people who came inafter me receive their food I asked the young lady was my order ready and she said she was looking for me. Clearly that was alie. I was sitting in plain view waiting for my order, at the end of a very long work day. Not a good experience won't be goingback anytime soon and to top it off my order was wrong. That was too far to return to have it corrected....please do better ifnot for me all your other customers that was truly unacceptable. Read more

I have not been to Zazby's in years... I love there kiddie cheese toast don't eat meat... the meal was delicious and the service... was top notch in the drive thru Quindari was the best server ever. I was a trainer for a huge bank on the 90's and trained oncustomer service he deserves much praise and a raise... extreme friendly! Read more

Stepped over trash on the floor from the very moment the TLAB team entered. The garbage cans overflowed, again from the time we... entered, dined in, and left 30 minutes later. The bathroom floor was so slippery with ?!?!??, I almost lost my balance! The sodamachine was out of ice. And to top of a bad experience, when I asked for ketchup, the adult lady behind the counterunapologetically, but quickly told me that they were out of ketchup. Very poor management of this location. Hate to experiencethis in my neighborhood as a business owner myself. Stonecrest deserves better. Waiting to see if management responds. ???? Read more

Zaxby?s is one of my favorite fast food restaurant to grab a grill chicken Cobb salad on the go. Went there Wednesday 4/27/2022... having patience in the drive thru paying and receiving my Grilled Cobb Salad , I discovered it looked liked someone ate throughit already. I asked the employee who fix this salad? No answer so I decided to write a review and let you be the judge of thissalad I received from Zaxby?s at the Stonecrest location.
