I?ve been here many times previously in the last six years and this was the first time I was disappointed. I brought friends... from out of town. The Garden Tea service consisted of 3 one layer ?tea? sandwiches but they were open faced small rounds ofbread with a tablespoon of toppings. One bite and it was gone. The four pastries were small but tasty. The best part was thecream brûlée. Cost was $75 for 3 people with each person getting one pot of tea. It?s a pretty place but not worth the price.Very disappointed. Service was friendly. Read more
I am giving the benefit of the doubt here with a 3 since it has been awesome in the past and we were competing with a bridal... shower. The food was amazing and presented well. The issue was that I made a reservation a week in advance with dietaryrequirements. Historically, this was never an issue. This time fell on deaf ears. After multiple reminders, food continued tobe delivered with no thought to the request for no meat and no seeds. Ultimately, food was delivered but needed to be selfprepared. There was a half hearted apology by the owner but no mention or nothing to make up for the fact that 2 people paidfull price for half a meal. My wife LOVES this store. We discovered it a couple years ago while in Lititz for the day. We live about four hours away so now... she orders her teas every couple of months. They have an enormous selection of quality, delicious teas. I am not a hot teasipper, but I have tried some and am amazed by the different flavors. They are true experts in all things tea. Read more

Delicious! The high tea is pricey but worth it for a birthday celebration for two. My BFF and I had a blast!

This is a fairytale experience! For everyone who grew up dreaming of tea parties or wanting to be a princess, this is a great... event. Everything was perfectly sophisticated and beautiful! The tea selections were delicious with a great variety. And thedisplay of sandwiches and treats had a marvelous array to choose from. We loved every moment! Read more
