I ordered from this dominos For delivery at only 11:30 pm . With the understanding the closed at 12 it still stated on the site... I can place my order. They proceeded to allow the transaction to go through and take my money. Dominos then tells me I?ll berefunded in 2-5 days however it?s been almost 3 weeks and no one even let me know why they couldn?t full fill my order a half anhour before close. I love dominos but don?t recommend this location as I understand things happen but the fact no one updated meis unacceptable. Read more

I will never order from this store again! They constantly screw up my orders. Tonight I a simple small pizza with ham and... pineapple?don?t judge pineapple is great on pizza. Problem was they didn?t put any cheese on it. So I called and got a runaround then they made me drive the whole way back to the store. They preceded to argue with me about the screw up and wouldn?tgive me my money back. I?m done with this store and will be calling corporate on Monday. Read more

Ordered pizza at 11:30 am.. it is now 1:15pm.. when I called they picked up the phone and never said a word, just chit chatting... away ( I have a recording ) When I finally got someone on the phone. She said don?t worry we made your pizza fresh and that theyare so sorry they only have one driver, which is understandable but call the customer or let them know what?s going on. Upon placing the order the delivery time was 38 minutes. 1 hour and 55 minutes later the delivery finally arrived. I called the... store and the manager stated they were busy and it is what it is. I expressed my discontent. He asked what did I want him to doabout it. I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Everything was cold. Read more

Ordered via Domino's app. Order confirmation received at 5:24PM with estimated delivery of 31-41 minutes. Called the store at 65... minutes. Manager stated delivery driver just left and the order should be delivered in a couple minutes. Called back afternearly 80 minutes and the individual answering stated the order should be leaving in a minute. I asked for a fresh pizza as theapp had stated the pizza had been out of the oven for 60 minutes and it was no longer fresh. They stated the pizza would stillbe fresh and it would noy be exchanged. I stated that is not acceptable and would like to speak to the manager for a refund andthat I'd like to come pick it up instead. I was placed on hold and waited for another 15 minutes before hanging up the phone.The pizza and wings arrived at 6:52pm. Both were cold. I called back once more and expressed I'd like either a new order or arefund. The manager then stated it wasn't going to happen and then put me on hold once more. Beware of this place. This place has THE WORST customer service. We have been fairly loyal customers for the past few years, largely due to the fact... that we lived in a delivery desert and Dominoes was the only place that delivered late. That was when we lived in Lancaster.Sometimes there were problems, but whatever, the manager of the Lancaster store always fixed them nicely, with a smile, becausewe were such regular customers and always tipped well, like you should if you are a decent human being. Then we moved to Lititz.The first order was wrong, so wrong, and I was also charged for items I didn't get (extra cheese, extra sauces). When I calledto let the manager, Yosef, know, he ARGUED WITH ME. In addition to not having extra cheese, the crust had no seasoning on it,which made it taste like cardboard. He also would not refund my money for the terrible pizza, instead, he gave me a $10 credittowards my next order (fair, I thought). He said it would be added to my phone number, which is attached to my online pizzaprofile. We order online so that we rack up points for Pizza, cause who doesn't love free pizza? So when I tried to redeem ourfree pizza and there was no $10 credit I called in. They would not honor both redemptions, but were happy to take our money whenthey screwed up. Furthermore they were really rude both times I called in to straighten their messes out. Luckily, Lititz isnot quite the food desert Lancaster was (irony?) so we won't be wasting our time or money with this company again. Read more
