The drinks we ordered were in baby mugs, not the mugs you usually get. 2 sips and gone because there was way too much ice. Corn... chowder, the potato chunks were way too big, took up too much room in the bowl. I ordered soup and sandwich special and the halfsandwich was a pathetic little slider, 2 bites and gone. I took a picture of the potato and sandwich side by side, the potatochunk almost the same size as the sandwich...how sad! Also, no pickled veggies served...what happened with that? Read more

I have lived in Lititz for all 22 years of my life and have eaten here for as long as I can remember. It used to be my favorite... place to eat because of their Pepperjack Tomato Soup. Due to all the horrible experiences I?ve had with them this past year, Ican confidently say I?ll never be eating here again. Today was my final straw. In the past year I have only ordered online andhere is everything that has gone wrong? Online ordering is almost always broken and unusable, half the time I get the food homeand discover items missing, I ask for no tomatoes on my sandwich and I get home only to find tomatoes still on the sandwich,today I used online ordering to get a quart of soup and it said it would be ready in 45 minutes (that is too long just forsoup), I pick up the soup that cost me over $15 and it?s burnt to the point where it?s inedible and makes me want to vomit (thesecond time actually I got the soup home and it was burnt), and even when I arrive at my pickup time I find myself still havingto wait for my food! I?m sorry but their service lately has been nothing short of terrible and I will not be eating here everagain. I have given this place far too many chances to redeem themselves and I?m still left disappointed. Read more
Okay to go once in a blue moon,,not enough staff for faster service, bathrooms okay. Food dry or Luke to cold. But hey if that's... your thing,,we'll by all means have at it,,the old saying is "don't knock it till you've tried it",well I've ran it over anddeleted it from my GPS. My wife and I lived in Litiz when Isaac's came into town. The eatery has improved with age, which is why we keep coming back. ... Today I had the infamous pepperjack tomato soup and the Firebird, grilled Buffalo chicken breast on a pretzel roll...and ofcourse, a Dr.Pepper. Wifey had the Whooping crane, oven roasted turkey, spinach, red onion...which i snatched, on a pretzelroll and a pepsi. Isaac's team, keeping up the stupendous great service in these pandemic times. The coffee was cold, the roast beef sandwich seemed to be missing some of the the roast beef, but the chicken noodle was yummy!... A bit pricey for what you get in my opinion.. Read more
