I needed pizza on a Saturday for a little league game that ended at 11am. No other pizza places could have the order ready till... after noon! Half the places weren?t even picking up the phone. The new manager at the little Caesars in Lititz not only answeredher phone an hour before opening, she had the pizza ready and let me pick it up before the location was even officially open!Plus she included cookies for the kids and a ton of napkins! Very poor person hygiene practices. I seen one person pick something off the floor,and didn?t wash her hands, pizza maker... scratching his back and never washed his had, person who appeared to be in a supervisor position. Made pizzas after doingpaperwork and didn?t wash her hands, person at the register wiping her nose , scratching her hair, and rubbing her face neverwashed her hand. They pay their staff poverty wages so that they can't even stay open for their store hours and then when it's just management... on, they can't even make a simple pizza. It's undercooked, soggy, and not even sliced the whole way through. It's no wonder theycan't keep anyone when management is not only terrible at doing the basic job while giving employees poverty wages. There weresigns stating they're hiring managers. I didn't even bother asking what they pay (that should be posted with the help wantedsign) because I didn't feel like being insulted by the audacity of some people. Eat somewhere else and let them starve like theydo with their employees. TL;Dr: management doesn't know how to make a darn pizza at the pizza shop they are supposed to manage. Read more
Pizza was hot and ready just like they advertise. Employees were following all Covid-19 guidelines and were very friendly. ... Don't expect it to be the best pizza you ever tasted they are only 5 dollars. Still it was good. Read more

Customer Service Finally!!! Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new staff at the Lititz Little Ceasars ????!! Every time I... have been there Service had been exceptable at best. But today OMG Best service EVER!! Jen took my order and was so sweet andfriendly!! Then Stefanie apologized that I'd have to wait ten to fifteen minutes for my order. Ok I was expecting 20 to 30 minscause there was only the two of them. They worked amazingly together and and we an amazing example of teamwork and customerservice!!
