Want to try the new holiday Iced Mocha Peppermint? Forget about getting it in Lititz. No one and I mean no one knew it was on... the menu, what it was (coffee or frap or milkshake) or how to make it. Charged $3.69 for a cold coffee with whipped cream and asquirt of chocolate syrup on top. No ice- no peppermint. Doubt there was Mocha. So short story- go to Wendy's for theirPeppermint Frosty. Got good food, but it is a slow McDonalds. If you come here, set aside extra time to make it.
3 of the 4 ordering kiosks were not in service. Had to wait for a worker to come to the counter. Food was delivered to our table... and was made correctly, except for missing the sweet and sour sauce. Restaurant was super warm inside, as temp as 75 degreesoutside. Would it hurt to turn the A/C on for the customers comfort? It was crowded at lunchtime on a Saturday. Was an okayexperience, but could have been better. Read more
Went through the drive-through and ordered two Medium Caramel Frappes. Paid. Got to the second window and they had them ready to... hand out. I looked at them& asked if they were Medium? Parked waited 40 minutes for 2 Mcrib sandwiches...recieved quarter pounder and fry.. so disappointed..I live in Manheim so it's... inconvenient to return..crazy that after waiting 40 minutes I receive the WRONG ORDER ???? Read more

Unfortunately Wendys usually isn't good.But the one in Lititiz pa. ,the food was really good. But I did get the wrong burger as... first.And the drive through was really slow.Resturants need to take notes @ Chick Filet, they have it together ! Read more
