I?m sorry, the staff is very attentive and super friendly. On that front I had a good experience. But the food is terrible. Dry,... flavorless compared to authentic Mexican food. Perhaps I?m just picky but save yourself the trouble and at least go to Chipotle.I only went because all of the places I like in the area were closed and I was wanting Mexican food. Really disappointed with the quality and service here. Tonight's crew took an extraordinary amount of time to come out of the... back and start making the orders of us waiting in line, Then the person who was supposed to ring me up walked into the back (allmy food was ready and sitting there), took a bite of food and came back out chewing while he rang me up. The lack of leadershipor oversight of the workers here was disturbing. Very disappointing in what was a past favorite for our family. Read more
I?m really upset with this place. I ordered a tofu burrito because I don?t eat red meat. It makes me sick. I was halfway through... the burrito when I realized it was ground beef. The beef was hidden in the rice and beans. I looked at the slip and while myname was on the takeout bag, someone else?s name was on the burrito. I called them and they refunded my order, but now not onlyam I still hungry, but I have a fun evening of being sick ahead of me. This isn?t the first time my order has been messed up atthis location. When we walked in they said the phrase ?Welcome to Moe?s!? They are really the much better version of Taco Bell as you know... what?s in what your eating. The places was well lit and clean. Service was fast. If you want a quick bite to eat and somethingwith a little zest check this place out. Read more
I love Moe's! Always consistent service and they use quality ingredients . I travel alot for work and I always find Moe's for a... quick healthy lunch or dinner. I love the free chips, availability of fresh cilantro and lime wedges. The Lititz Pa store isalways clean and they keep things moving right along with no wait. Its definitely worth the stop! Foods good but the customer is not!! Your lucky if they acknowledge you or care about what they are making! Been here few times... and I experienced staff being rude to barely caring or listening to what you want. And the sad part is management is alsoguilty. So it must be the culture at this location. I've a huge fan of Moe's and been to many locations but I try to avoid thisspecific one. Read more
