We've stayed at Hotel Rock Lititz 3x and this is the 1st time having brunch. Boy have we missed out! The Steak and Eggs were... just amazing! Must have! ???? The American Breakfast is just that hehehe. My bacon was too crispy for my taste but stillgood. The party in the next table suggested the Housemade Cinnamon Roll and it was amazing! From the time we entered and were greeted by the host, to our server providing great follow up throughout the meal, and... bartender coming over personally to the table to go over a different drink option because there was a missing ingredient to thedrink in the menu, I was very impressed with the service provided at this location. The staff were friendly, and working for aluxury brand where excellent customer service is the standard, Per Diem knocked it out the ball park. My family and I swung by Per Diem for a Father's Day brunch. This place came recommended, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm... definitely going back! Their menu works with the local, seasonal availability, so the menu varies slightly depending on whenyou go. Today's specials were lemon berry pancakes as well as a steak-and-eggs combo. We also ordered up the biscuits andsausage gravy. All were delicious! (We share bites around the table.) I was the one who ended up with the steak -- it was aflat-iron steak cooked just perfectly (medium-rare)! Because it was Father's Day, the place was a little busier than normal, Ithink. Our server, Trinity, was super-friendly. She also came around a few times to be sure we were OK since the place wasbusy, and she was up-front in letting us know that things were going to take just slightly longer than normal, especially sincethere was a party of fifteen that had come in before us. Most servers wouldn't say a word and let you get frustrated with thewait. She was very kind in letting us know and also with staying on top of any drinks we would need while we waited that littleextra. The place is clean and nicely decorated. There's a large bar right as you enter with counter seating as well as normaltable seating. We actually had a table that backed up to a booth-style bench. There's outdoor seating as well when the weatheris nice. All in all, I'd recommend giving this place a try. Read more
Hip modern place…Food is fresh locally grown… generous portions. Locals friends suggested Per Diem as they know we love good... farm to table eats. Meal was good. Service for us was lacking. We waited to get attended to, and waited for our salads… onceserved without utensils we waited again and they were piled into my daughters hands. Great food! Great buzz! Great knowledgeable server’s! What a great place to visit and enjoy a meal. We ate as a table of four... and all our choices were well cooked and presented. The menu has a wide choice of interesting items and the chef clearly knowshow to get the best out of the ingredients. Loved the atmosphere and we had a great time. Read more
