Every time we eat here the lettuce is always wilted and soggy. The staff is usually always grumpy and unprofessional. The... quality of this store and the ingredients has really gone down hill. Read more

I never write reviews. After waiting for a while, I asked for broccoli cheddar soup and they had to get it from the back. The... man who was helping me said ?it?s gonna be another 20 minutes to heat up are you okay with that.? I said ?no that?s okay, thankyou though!? and was ready to leave. It took a few times of me having to tell him I didn?t want anything else for him to let mejust leave his store. He (weirdly kinda loud and almost angrily, also in front of a big group of people) goes ?you waited for awhile, you don?t want anything else??. It was weird and unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day? Read more

This particular location is so rough. Food was spilled, we were served by someone clearly still in training left alone while... other employees did other tasks like refill straws. Then, we got home and both salads were missing key ingredients and had thewrong dressing. When you?re paying $40 for two salads and two small cups of soup at the very least you expect it to be correct. It was sad. Read more

Terribly rude service. The girl there started making a salad when I asked for a grain bowl. I repeated myself and she told me I... was wrong. Even though I watched her make a salad. Charged me for extra chicken and didn?t even give me that. Got home and whatdo you know absolutely no grains and it?s all greens. Read more

Poor service from people who don't care. I know help is hard to find, but find people who give a rip! The workers made me feel... like I was interrupting them. The guy that helped me basically did the bare minimum for me. Bad attitude. I love Saladworks, but it's stuff like this that makes me want to stay away. Read more

Door was completely unlocked as if they were open for business . I asked her what time they opened she said 10. So if I?m 7... minutes early she refused to served me and told me that I can wait. Because she wasn?t done setting up. The attitude from thislocation with the staff members needs a serious reality check. First and foremost never have the door unlocked if your not openfor business. Gives the wrong impression to the guest. She ended up serving me at 10 and redeemed her attitude after asking herif she was ready. the first initial interaction could of been avoided if she just followed proper protocol. Read more

Good food, friendly service, loud music, price high for what you get. We visited for a light supper. Well lit and inviting... restaurant. Staff that greeted us were friendly and quite helpful. For some reason I found the menu board could have beenclearer. I ordered a grilled caesar salad, my wife got a half grilled turkey panini and bowl of baked potato soup. The servicewas quick and the food was prepared right there in front of us. It is a self-service restaurant, not table service. My salad wasvery good. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and broken into proper bite sized pieces. Chicken was just cubes - couldn't tell ifit had been grilled, but it was fresh, as we're the rest of the ingredients. Only problem I had with the salad was the bowl. The shallow sides made it quite hard to mix the salad without spilling. And it kept sliding around. The sandwich, my wife says, was very good. The soup, on the other hand, was average at best. The atmosphere, if you would call it that, was typical fastfood. (Not that you go to Salad works for the atmosphere). The music was quite loud, making a conversation morechallenging. Prices, I felt, were on the high side for what you get. If I had gotten the same food at a sit down restaurant onreal plates and flatware, the price would be ok. But for sell service and plastic plates and forks, it strikes me as a bithigh. But, important thing I guess, my salad was very good. Read more
