I was having an issue swiping my son's gift card because it was bent. The employee ( sorry I forgot his name) was able to help... me use the gift card. I really appreciated him making a phone call and figuring out how to apply the balance with a card thatwas unable to be scanned. Read more
Got a black sandwich roll for a mobile order due to them toasting it too long. Could not even eat it, threw out 1/2 of it. I... wrote an email to which the general manager replied with a generalized emailing saying she?s sorry & hopes I?ll be back.... willnot be back when I just wasted money & no compensation was even offered. I'm not going to say that the guy who's older who works here most all of the time is rude, it's just that whenever there's a... chance to insert a pleasantry, to insert some kind of congeniality within the transaction, he's just not up for it, doesn't feellike doing it, and isn't interested in it. It's not as if I need the person making my sub to be a cast off from Up With People,but I do expect some level of, " Hey I'm happy to have a job I'm glad I'm not unemployed it's nice to serve you." And thereally odd thing is is that no matter who he's in the store working with, the person he's in the store working with always endsup making the subs and he ends up doing some sort of menial tasks while they're making the subs; like restocking gloves orwiping the outside of the oven. I'm sure the guy who is stuck working with him is always upset in that he always find somethingelse to do that's more important than servicing the customer. Very clean place people are very friendly and polite people that work there and would definitely come back again.
