This is a great place to have meetings. They have two meeting rooms that are very well done. Amy, the Manager, is fantastic.... With all the challenges of no one wanting to work, they are doing the best with what they have. I highly recommend them. If youare wanting to complain because things are taking longer than usual or that your order wasn't right, try to keep in mind thatalmost everywhere you go these days people are not wanting to work so most places are understaffed, under paid, and over worked.So be patient. And if you aren't willing to try and help the current issues of our society, then just accept what service youget and be grateful. Amy and your team, you guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! Slow,slow,slow and the inside is not open half the time in the AM anymore. I ordered ahead to pick up in the drive-through today... and had to leave the line and the order because I was getting late for work. Read more

The drive through order taker had a bad attitude. Then when I received my drink it was undrinkable.
Came here with a friend in the morning when the place was basically empty. We waited 25 minutes for our food and had to go... remind them cause they forgot what we even ordered. The employees were loudly discussing how my food was already sitting on thecounter even though no one yelled it out or realized to tell me. They also didn't warm up the other food item. Best Caribou location in the metro, I've been to many and this is the gold standard for service. Location is great, they have a... drive-thru, they have 2 conference rooms and an open floor plan so you aren't packed in like sardines. Staff is amazing. Highlyrecommend this location. Read more
